Master’s degree is my country’s high-quality talents,which is an important force to promote the prosperity of the country.In the face of social concern,a master’s degree in the present graduate group,some students show different degrees of learning and adaptation,and seriously affect the quality of education in Master.According to the existing research,the academic self-efficacy is an indispensable psychological quality that runs through the study and career.The academic toughness is also one of the key factors affecting the successful completion of the students.Therefore,this study takes 517 master’s degree to investigate the object,through the research method of questionnaire survey,the relationship between master’s academic self-efficacy,academic toughness,and learning adaptability.On this basis,the researchers combined the relevant research results of the questionnaire survey.According to the principles of voluntary principles,15 master students as respondents were selected as respondents,and the interviews of the "Master’s Learning Adaptability Interview" were deep interviews.In-depth exploration of the influencing factors of master’s degree learning adaptability,counterparty,academic self-efficacy and academic toughness on learning adaptability.Finally,according to the questionnaire survey and interview research,from the "IEO model" theory,researchers put forward three suggestions for improving master’s degree learning adaptability,one is to improve "input" performance,improve learning adaptability;It is created a good "environment" to provide effective support;third is to strictly put the quality of "output" and improve learning and adaptation.The following results were obtained after the issue of 517 Master’s Survey and the Interview Data of 15 Master’s Graduates.(1)From the perspective of the overall situation,24.1% of the 517 master’s degree in the survey,there is a significant difference in learning adaptation,and there is a significant difference in the adjustment of the adjustment,the grade,and the variables in gender,professional,and family.There is no significant difference.(2)Through the results of the questionnaire survey on 517 master’s students showed that academic self-efficacy and learning adaptation show positive correlation relationship,academic toughness and learning adaptability presented positive correlation;academic resilience plays a mediating role in the influence of academic self-efficacy on learning adaptability.(3)Through the analysis of 15 interviews of the 11 respondents,summarize 10 main categories that affect master’s students’ learning adaptability,are learning attitudes,professional foundation,pressure sensation,learning ability,guidance,academic freedom,Personality traits,self-efficacy,campus environment,living environment.After the researchers have once again summarized,they got five core categories,respectively,of learning motivation,pressure,birth,and personality,and external environment.The method of learning adaptation to adverse problems is divided into two kinds of active response and negative response.The academic self-efficacy and academic toughness play an important role in the process of master’s degree. |
