| With the steady and rapid growth of higher education resources,the problem of poor learning harvest of engineering students is very prominent.More quality practical teaching has become people’s common expectation.Behind a series of educational practices to promote the growth of engineering students,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to deeply analyze the effective mechanism of practical teaching and clarify the key elements that support the growth and development of engineering students.Specifically,this study introduces the intermediary variable of "deep learning",takes568 Engineering Undergraduates in T University as the survey object,and uses the scales of College Students’ perceived practical teaching,college students’ deep learning and college students’ learning outcome to build an influence model of practical teaching in colleges and universities on engineering students’ learning outcome.Through empirical research,this paper verifies the correlation among college practical teaching,deep learning and learning harvest under different characteristic variables,and deep learning is the intermediary variable of practical teaching affecting learning harvest.At the same time,semi-structured interviews are used to deeply explore the problems and deep-seated reasons for the differences in data analysis.Based on the above analysis,this study draws the following conclusions: 1 The overall state of learning harvest of engineering college students is good,but the overall state of its influencing factors is general;2.The three types of practical teaching have a significant positive impact on the learning harvest of engineering college students;3.Deep learning has a partial mediating effect between the three types of practical teaching and learning harvest;4.Engineering College Students under different background variables have differences in practical teaching perception,indepth learning and learning harvest.The differential effects highlighted by these background characteristics deserve attention.Based on the above research conclusions,this study gives the following suggestions:first,teach in depth,continuously optimize practical teaching,and enrich students’ Teaching Perception;Second,learn in depth and take the initiative to understand the learning meaning of "deep learning";Third,enrich the learning outcome and pay attention to the cultivation of learners’ thinking ability and interpersonal skills;Fourth,multidimensional regulation,pay full attention to the "differential effect" highlighted by "individual characteristics". |
