| The solid geometry unit is an important part of high school mathematics.Learning solid geometry units can help students to develop a concept of space, and cultivate the core literacy of mathematical abstraction, intuitive imagination and logical reasoning. However, from the research and practical experience of relevant literature, the unit teaching of solid geometry has insufficient students’ interest, students’ problem-solving skills are weak, most teachers have a single teaching method and other problems.Based on the above questions, the article hopes to find an efficient teaching mode through ACT-R(Adaptive Control of Thought-Rational)theory.And the teaching design of solid geometry unit based on ACT-R theory is proposed to help students learn and improve teaching quality.Firstly, the study combed the domestic and foreign literature on ACT-R theory and solid geometry unit teaching.Secondly,it analyzes and summarizes the current situation of high school mathematics solid geometry unit teaching by means of questionnaire survey and interview.Combining the two to build a solid geometry unit teaching framework, and give the teaching design of the cases of "Basic Solid Figures" and "Theorem of Judgment of Plane and Plane Parallel".The teaching process is divided into three stages. The three stages are the cognitive stage, the associative stage, and the automatic stage. Finally, the teaching effect is analyzed through classroom practice and corresponding improvement are raised.Research indicates that the teaching of solid geometry unit based on ACT-R theory is feasible. It is mainly reflected in two aspects.Firstly, the student’s grade has improved to a certain extent in academic performance.Secondly,The student’s interest in learning, learning emotions, and innovative thinking abilities have been improved to a certain extent in non-cognitive factors.Non-cognitive factors are developing in a positive direction. It can be seen that the solid geometry unit teaching based on the ACT-R theory plays a positive role in the improvement of students’ non-cognitive factors, mathematical innovation ability and the good development of mathematical thinking. It is a beneficial practice of mathematics unit teaching under the new curriculum standards. |
