SWOT Analysis About Attack And Defense System Of Fujian Men’s Volleyball Team Based On Set Pair Analysis

With the improvement of the Chinese women’s volleyball performance,the Chinese men’s volleyball performance has been the focus of attention of the majority of fans.At present,Fujian Men’s Volleyball team,as a young team in China,has started to explore new skills and tactics since 2020 by taking advantage of its characteristics of good series of small balls and flexible running.In recent years,Fujian men’s volleyball team has developed fast and changeable tactics according to the characteristics of the team.The team adopts the overall combat tactics,and this change also brings opportunities to Fujian men’s volleyball team,which has a good effect in the match.However,due to the immature tactics,the team still has both advantages and disadvantages in the game,facing threats,but also ushered in more opportunities to improve results.This paper mainly uses literature method,video observation method,mathematical statistics method and SWOT analysis to study Fujian Men’s volleyball team in attack and defense,and analyzes the performance of Fujian men’s volleyball team in six parts:service link,spiking performance in first attack,spiking performance in multiple rounds,receiving service link,blocking link and defensive lifting.This paper mainly uses literature method,video observation method,mathematical statistics method and SWOT analysis to study Fujian Men’s volleyball team in attack and defense,and analyzes the performance of Fujian men’s volleyball team in six parts: service link,spiking performance in first attack,spiking performance in multiple rounds,receiving service link,blocking link and defensive lifting.The advantages and disadvantages of Fujian Men’s Volleyball team in these links are summarized and the opportunities and threats faced by Fujian Men’s Volleyball team are summarized through comparative analysis with its opponents.A series of strategies are concluded based on SWOT analysis,providing valuable theoretical basis for Fujian Men’s volleyball team in future training and providing the theoretical guidances for Fujian men’s volleyball team to prepare for the 15 th National Games.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Fujian Men’s Volleyball team lacks aggressiveness in serving,but has a good performance in controlling service errors.(2)In the spiking link,whether in the first attack link or in the multi rounds,Fujian men’s Volleyball team has the problem of unstable performance in spiking,and poor ability to use uncertain factors in spiking.(3)In terms of receiving service,the stability of receiving service of Fujian Men’s Volleyball team is poor.In the face of teams with good service and strong jump serve,the receiving effect of Fujian Men’s Volleyball team will fluctuate greatly,with more half-in-place shots and half-in-place shots.(4)In blocking,Fujian men’s Volleyball team shows the overall characteristics of "low success rate and high destruction" in blocking.(5)In defense of ball lifting,Fujian Men’s Volleyball team gave full play to its advantages of agility,defense prediction and good positioning,and performed brilliantly in the defense link.Based on the technical and tactical characteristics of Fujian men’s volleyball team and the conclusions above,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Strengthen the upper body strength training for the players to improve the aggression of serving and enrich the serving performance,line and landing point changes.(2)Improve the spiking skills of attackers at all positions in the training,and improve the attacking ability of side attackers to adjust and handle the ball.At the same time,integrating the basic tactics of the adjutant individual and the tactics of cover with the tactics of the group.Strengthen the running without the ball after the block,and the tandem cooperation with the setter.(3)Combine the two wings open attack with three-dimensional attack.Make full use of net length,space and the tactical running ability of the players,and integrate the back three attacks and the back four attacks into the collective tactics of the front row.(4)In the aspect of receiving the service,the training of receiving the powerful jump service is mainly focused on,and the first pass rate is constantly improved on the basis of reducing the first pass error rate.(5)Mainly from the strengthening of blocking judgment,quick positioning,blocking take off time and reasonable blocking position,the coach should conduct targeted blocking training and practice according to the weaknesses of blocking players and the characteristics of the opponent’s attack.
