| According to the theory of system theory,the content of the history textbook can be divided into two parts: the text system and text auxiliary system,both of which are important parts of the textbook.With the further study of history textbooks,the text auxiliary system has attracted the attention of more and more experts and scholars.World History: Patterns of Interaction is one of the current mainstream textbooks in the United States.The text auxiliary system of this textbook has certain characteristics,so the text auxiliary system of this textbook is selected as the research object.On the whole,the text auxiliary system columns of the textbook World History: Patterns of Interaction are numerous,in various forms,with flexible location distribution,and serving students’ development as the fundamental purpose.According to the different functions of each column,the text auxiliary system in the textbook can be divided into three parts: highly summarize the textbook content to help students get familiar with the learning content in advance,an explanatory system to supplement learning materials and enrich the textbook content;and a consolidated system designed to strengthen students’ learning results and promote students’ development.Through the study of the text auxiliary system of this textbook,this paper puts forward some suggestions for teacher teaching from five aspects: the application of picture historical materials,the creation of historical situation,the suggestion of study method guidance and the method of concept definition.For the compilation of the textbook text auxiliary system,this paper also puts forward some suggestions,including improving the textbook text auxiliary system,establish the connection between each text auxiliary column,to better play the function of the textbook as a “learning book”;and strengthen the interdisciplinary interaction,through the text auxiliary system to supplement the latest historical research results,broaden the students’ vision.In a word,the text auxiliary system of the textbook of World History: Patterns of Interaction is relatively mature,and the text auxiliary system of studying the textbook can provide experience and reference for the development of history education in China. |
