Research On The Value Of Ideological And Political Education Of Labor And Its Realization Path

Labor is not only the source of wealth,but also the source of happiness.Today,when we emphasize the all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,it has a unique educational value and plays an important educational role.However,with the continuous progress of science and technology,artificial intelligence has replaced part of labor,which has virtually diluted the value of labor and weakened the role of labor.Standing at the forefront of the times,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the importance of labor for realizing the great cause of national rejuvenation and the people’s good life.Under the historical background of the new era,how to mobilize people’s labor enthusiasm and give full play to the role of labor in Ideological and political education has become an important topic.From the perspective of the value of Ideological and political education,this paper first defines the basis for labor as the carrier of Ideological and political education,and points out the important significance of labor for the realization of the value of Ideological and political education;Then it deeply analyzes the theoretical basis of labor as the carrier of the value realization of Ideological and political education,systematically explains the performance of the value of Ideological and political education of labor,and analyzes the factors that restrict labor from giving play to the value of Ideological and political education from the two aspects of labor itself and the external environment;Finally,on the basis of reviewing the previous context,this paper analyzes and summarizes the basic path of labor promoting the realization of the value of Ideological and political education.In the journey of the new era,cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor is the top priority to accelerate the modernization of education and build a strong educational country.It is necessary to keep pace with the times and constantly reform and innovate,so as to maintain vitality forever.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,the fundamental reason that restricts the labor to exert the value of Ideological and political education lies in the deviation of the labor subject’s understanding of labor,and the incentive lies in the impact and challenge brought by the change of the external environment.Therefore,we can promote the realization of the value of labor ideological and political education from two aspects: changing the labor subject’s understanding of labor and eliminating the bad incentives in the general environment.
