Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Volleyball Characteristic Schools In Xiamen City Under The Background Of "Revitalizing The Three Major Balls"

"Revitalizing the Three Great Balls" is the core content of my country’s transformation from a sports power to a sports power,and it is also an important symbol and core indicator for my country to become a sports power in an all-round way.In order to further effectively promote the training of reserve talents for the "Three Major Balls",the Xiamen Municipal Sports Bureau and the Education Bureau have adopted the "city team school office" and "city team district office" combined sports and education,and organized the city-level youth three major leagues and funding.Various policy measures such as subsidies to promote and guide the development of the three major projects in Xiamen City.Therefore,this article uses literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other methods to investigate 28 volleyball coaches and 327 participating students in 10 volleyball schools in Xiamen.The status quo of the development of volleyball characteristic schools in elementary schools,and effective strategies to improve the volleyball characteristic schools of primary and secondary schools in Xiamen City,to promote the healthy development of volleyball sports in Xiamen City.main conclusion:1.Through the analysis of the development status of 10 volleyball schools in Xiamen City,the venue facilities can basically meet the daily training,and the training related auxiliary equipment is insufficient;the training is mainly based on the annual training plan and the stage training plan,and there is a lack of multi-year training plan formulation.The training content is mainly based on basic skills and tactics and physical training,and the training time can be effectively guaranteed;the school supports the development of volleyball with a single source of funding;school athletes love volleyball,but the contradiction in learning and training is an important factor affecting their training enthusiasm;The school volleyball teachers have a reasonable gender and educational structure,but the number of teachers with relevant volleyball training background is insufficient and the professional training is insufficient.2.Through the analysis of the status quo,the factors that affect the development of volleyball schools in Xiamen City are found: incomplete venues and equipment,single sources of training funds;unformed training system,difficult to guarantee training time;imperfect management system,insufficient leadership support;athletes Contradictions in learning and training are prominent,and self-awareness is insufficient;the level of coaches needs to be improved,and there are fewer opportunities for professional training.3.The development countermeasures of volleyball characteristic schools in Xiamen City are mainly: improve the venues and equipment and broaden the sources of funding;establish a scientific and systematic training system to improve the efficiency of volleyball training;establish and improve the management system of volleyball training and increase the recognition of volleyball sports;Correctly handle the relationship between learning and training,improve the athlete’s own value;strengthen the level of volleyball coaches,and increase the motivation of coaches to participate.
