Children are the hope and future of a country and a nation.Early childhood teachers bear the important task of cultivating the flowers of these motherland.However,in recent years,incidents such as child abuse and sexual assault by early childhood teachers have occurred frequently.At the same time,due to excessive media coverage,some early childhood teachers ’ corporal punishment of young children is punished beyond the legal limits,which shows that the legal literacy of early childhood teachers in China needs to be improved.With the convening of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has entered a new period of comprehensively promoting the rule of law.Governing education according to law is the embodiment of governing the country according to law in the field of education.Teachers are an important part of governing education according to law.At the same time,the rule of law literacy is also a core component of early childhood teachers ’ literacy.Improving their legal literacy level is of great significance to the realization of governing education by law.In this study,a self-made questionnaire on the rule of law literacy of early childhood teachers was used,and a questionnaire was distributed to more than a thousand early childhood teachers.For the collected data,SPSS Statistics 25.0 was used for entry,and descriptive statistics,chi-square test and cross table were used to test and analyze the data.On this basis,10 early childhood teachers and 2 principals were interviewed one by one.The analysis results of SPSS show that the legal literacy of early childhood teachers needs to be improved.From the perspective of the rule of law culture,the overall level of the rule of law culture is good,but the consciousness of ’ rule of law ’needs to be improved;from the perspective of legal knowledge,citizens ’ basic legal knowledge is insufficient,teachers ’ professional legal knowledge is better,and minors ’ legal knowledge needs to be improved;from the perspective of the rule of law thinking,the overall level of rule of law thinking is average,and the bottom line thinking ability is good;from the perspective of the ability of rule of law,the ability of law-abiding and usage is strong,and the ability of learning and teaching is poor;from the perspective of teachers ’ professional ethics,the overall level of teachers ’professional ethics is good,and the level of education is slightly lacking.The problem of kindergarten teachers ’ legal culture is that the kindergarten legal atmosphere is not strong enough and the learning initiative of kindergarten teachers needs to be improved;the problem of early childhood teachers ’ legal knowledge is the conflict between traditional culture and law and the low proportion of rule of law education in school education.The problem of early childhood teachers ’ legal thinking is that there are many negative reports on the network media and the kindergarten appointment and supervision system is not perfect;the problem of early childhood teachers ’ ability of rule of law is that there are few legal practice and lack of random teaching ability.The problem of early childhood teachers ’ professional ethics is that the survival needs of early childhood teachers are not fully met and the kindergarten environment needs to be optimized.This study puts forward the following suggestions : coordinate multiple forces to create a legal culture atmosphere in the park;establish the concept of lifelong learning,cultivate early childhood teachers ’ learning initiative;improve preschool education laws and regulations,so that traditional culture and law promote each other;improve pre-service legal education and lay the legal foundation for early childhood teachers;strengthen the social rule of law culture atmosphere,pay attention to the rule of law education power of the network;pay attention to the evaluation of the rule of law in kindergartens,and improve the appointment and supervision system of kindergartens;expand the practice of social rights protection and strengthen the legal ability of early childhood teachers;form a rule of law learning community to improve the random teaching ability of early childhood teachers;improve the treatment guarantee mechanism for early childhood teachers to ensure the survival needs of early childhood teachers;improve the social support system and increase the humanistic care for early childhood teachers.
