Chinese excellent traditional culture has a long and profound history,containing rich physics knowledge and profound moral values.The purpose of developing students’ core literacy is to cultivate a "well-rounded person".Relevant documents show that since the 21 st century,Chinese excellent traditional culture and core literacy have been increasingly valued.In the context of core literacy,the appropriate integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into secondary school physics teaching and the creation of corresponding physical contexts can help stimulate students’ interest in learning,perceive the wisdom and spirit of the ancients,cultivate their humanistic heritage and scientific spirit,and improve their scientific thinking and investigative ability,which is of great significance to the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing moral education.Based on this,this study provides an in-depth discussion on the current situation and strategies of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into secondary school physics teaching in the context of core literacy.The study is divided into seven parts,the main contents of which are as follows: In the first part,using the literature research method,the significance of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into physics teaching in the context of core literacy is clarified,and the background of the study,the current status of the study,the significance of the study,and the content of the study are discussed.In the second part,the concepts related to core literacy and excellent Chinese traditional culture are defined,and the theoretical basis of the study is also briefly introduced.In the third part,the textual analysis method is used to classify,analyze and interpret the Chinese excellent traditional culture content involved in the junior high school physics textbooks of the people’s education version,senior high school physics textbooks of the people’s education version,senior high school entrance examination questions and college entrance examination questions.In the fourth part,questionnaire and interview methods were used to investigate and analyze the current situation of secondary school physics teachers and students regarding the integration of excellent Chinese traditional culture into physics teaching.In the fifth part,based on the contents of the first four chapters and the results of the survey and analysis,the corresponding integration principles and integration methods are proposed,and the contents of Chinese excellent traditional culture related to acoustics,optics,thermodynamics,mechanics,and electromagnetism in secondary school physics are collected and organized so that teachers can practice and apply them in their teaching.In the sixth part,based on the proposed teaching strategies,two teaching designs for integrating Chinese traditional culture into secondary school physics are completed.In the seventh part,the research is summarized and reflected on at the end of the article.The summary of the study is as follows: First,it is clear that the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into physics teaching is necessary in the context of core literacy.Secondly,a comprehensive survey was conducted on the current situation of integrating Chinese traditional culture into secondary school physics teaching,and it was found that the textbooks and test questions attach importance to Chinese traditional culture,and teachers and students have positive attitudes towards it,but there are difficulties in finding suitable contents and effective ways to integrate it.Finally,based on the results of the survey,the principles,contents and ways of integrating Chinese traditional culture into secondary school physics teaching in the context of core literacy were discussed,and the corresponding teaching design was completed.The study integrates Chinese excellent traditional culture with secondary school physics teaching,in the context of core literacy,to gain an in-depth understanding of the current situation and difficulties of integration,and to enrich and improve teaching methods and teaching resources for the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into secondary school physics,in order to achieve better teaching effectiveness.
