Blended teaching mode is a teaching mode that combines online teaching with conventional sports technology teaching by means of online teaching platform,teaching resources,network,mobile phone and other information technology means,in order to deepen students’ cognitive level of sports skills,improve students’ learning effect of sports skills,and achieve the goal of advanced sports teaching.At the present stage,changing the conventional physical education classroom teaching method has become the objective need of the reform and development of physical technology course teaching.The blended teaching based on the Internet,which integrates online learning and offline learning,is an important practical path to broaden the physical education teaching mode,improve the physical education teaching level,and realize the modern education concept of "student-centered".It is an inevitable choice to construct a new PE teaching model based on information technology to improve the PE teaching quality and students’ comprehensive quality.This study uses literature method,questionnaire method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and other methods,based on relevance theory,multimedia learning cognitive theory and schema theory,to verify the application effect of hybrid teaching mode in track and field technology teaching.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:(1)Compared with conventional teaching mode,blended teaching mode plays a significant role in deepening students’ cognitive level of sports events.Under the blended teaching mode,the online teaching platform,with its convenient,rich and systematic presentation of teaching resources,helps students form the correct cognition of technical movements,improve the cognitive level of students’ sports events,deepen the understanding of students’ technical movements,and improve the efficiency of students’ mastery of sports skills.(2)Blended teaching mode is superior to conventional teaching mode in improving the learning effect of track and field technical course.Although there is no significant difference between the two teaching modes in the improvement of physical education major students’ learning effect of track and field technology,the average scores of various technical tests of the classes taught by the blended teaching mode are better than those taught by the conventional teaching mode.(3)Although online learning does not significantly increase the duration of technical practice in class,online learning can effectively increase the duration of students’ physical education technical learning,laying a good theoretical foundation for students’ physical education technical learning,and enhancing the quality of students’ technical practice and the expression of technical movements in class.At the same time,the feedback of students’ movement practice videos can help students to correct their own mistakes,improve their learning efficiency,and thus promote the learning effect of students’ sports technology.
