The discipline of history is an important discipline that cultivates students’ humanistic spirit,guides students to form a correct view of history,life and values,inherits excellent history and culture,and cultivates outstanding talents for socialist construction.In recent years,the new curriculum reform has optimized the traditional teaching mode based on knowledge transfer,paying more attention to the cultivation of students’ ability and literacy while paying attention to improving students’ knowledge literacy.In this context,the history teaching of secondary schools gradually focuses on the five core literacies of history as the training direction,takes the cultivation of students’ historical thinking as the key goal of history education,and strives to improve students’ ability to learn history through the improvement of thinking level.As a kind of historical thinking,historical holistic thinking takes improving students’ overall grasp of history as the main training goal,so as to help students establish a more systematic and perfect historical knowledge structure,help students grasp the context of historical development as a whole through the construction of systematic knowledge system,think comprehensively about historical events,and discover the connection between historical knowledge points.The cultivation of the overall thinking of history subjects in senior high school students can fully respect the subjectivity of students’ learning,improve students’ ability to organize and summarize historical knowledge,guide students to form a correct view of history from the overall perspective of historical development,and stimulate the activity of students’ historical thinking.Taking historical holistic thinking as a clue,through the theoretical study of holistic thinking,the basic concept of holistic thinking in senior high school history subjects is defined.This paper analyzes the three basic directions of the overall thinking cultivation of senior high school students’ history,and takes the judgment and analysis of historical development laws,the thinking tools for constructing historical interpretation,and the scientific evaluation of historical figures and historical events as the necessary ability and literacy for senior high school students’ overall thinking of history.On this basis,this paper investigates the current situation of the cultivation of the overall thinking of history for senior high school students,starts from the aspects of teachers and students,strengthens the understanding and understanding of the actual situation of the overall thinking cultivation of history for senior high school students,analyzes the existing problems in the overall thinking cultivation of history for senior high school students,and analyzes the causes of the existing problems from the perspectives of society,teachers and students.Finally,in view of the existing problems,according to the basic principles that should be followed in the cultivation of the overall thinking of senior high school students’ history subject,effective strategies and programs are proposed for cultivating the overall thinking of senior high school students’ history subject.Including popularizing the understanding of the importance of history,improving teachers’ literacy,optimizing training strategies,broadening learning channels,strengthening thinking training,etc.,it is hoped to provide a reference for cultivating the overall thinking of senior high school students in history.
