Study On The Operation Mechanism Of Modern Industry College In Higher Vocational College

The integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation have gradually developed into the basic mode of vocational education.Modern industrial college is a further measure to deepen the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation,and a new development on the basis of traditional industrial college.In recent years,the modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges has been established like bamboo shoots after a spring rain,taking on many functions such as technological innovation,personnel training and industrial service.However,the construction of modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges is still in the stage of independent exploration and the successful experience for reference is limited.Therefore,to clarify the connotation and extension of the modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges,clarify the current situation of the operating mechanism and difficulties and causes,and explore the optimization strategy of the operating mechanism of the modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges are urgent problems to be studied and solved.Based on literature analysis and relevant theories,this study defines the concepts related to modern industrial college and operation mechanism of higher vocational colleges,and combines Marx’s theory of human comprehensive development,stakeholder theory and triple helix theory to build a theoretical analysis framework for the operation mechanism of modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges.Through questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the current operating mechanism of modern industrial college in higher vocational colleges,and finds out the problems and causes in its construction and operation process.Select a typical and well-developed modern industrial college of the types of university leading,enterprise leading and government leading,and summarize the successful experience of construction.According to the difficulties and successful experience,the optimization strategy is put forward in order to promote the high quality operation and development of modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges.The research conclusions of this study are as follows:First,the modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges is based on the development of regional industries,relying on the construction of advantageous disciplines of higher vocational colleges,aiming at cultivating application-oriented,interdisciplinary and innovative high-quality talents,integrating the functions of "production,teaching,scientific research,innovation,training and service" into one.By the government,schools,industry associations,enterprises and other two or more subjects co-construction,co-management,sharing of the new integration of production and education carrier.Secondly,the theoretical analysis framework of the operation mechanism of modern industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges is constructed from four dimensions: dynamic mechanism,communication mechanism,training mechanism and security mechanism.Thirdly,the modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges presents the following characteristics: the construction school is more public than private,and more than 80% are "double colleges";The co-construction subject of modern industry college of higher vocational colleges presents diversification;The industrial orientation of modern Industry College of higher vocational colleges is oriented by industrial development needs and national policies.The initiative of the main body to participate in the operation and development of modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges is higher,but the initiative of higher vocational colleges is higher than that of local governments and enterprises.Less than 1/3 of the modern industry colleges surveyed have established institutionalized communication platform and standardized conference system.Most of the modern industry colleges are in the stage of establishment,and very few have not established communication mechanism and platform.Various interest subjects extensively participate in the development of teaching resources,more than 3/4 of the subjects participate in the formulation of talent training programs and the construction of the teaching steering committee,and the content and forms of cooperation of the modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges are diverse.Fourthly,there are the following problems in the operation mechanism of modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges: enterprises and local governments as the main body of education lack of enthusiasm;Institutionalized communication platform and system to be established and improved;Insufficient integration of teaching resources construction and teaching implementation;The construction of security system is not perfect.Fifth,according to the object of cooperation and operation,the modern industrial college of higher vocational colleges can be divided into three types: university oriented,enterprise or industry association oriented and government oriented.Sixth,it puts forward to protect the rights and interests of the subject and stimulate the internal power;Improve the communication mechanism to achieve effective operation;Innovative training methods,co-construction of teaching resources;The strategies and suggestions of optimizing the operation mechanism of modern industrial college in higher vocational colleges are to improve
