| Through expert interview,literature research,logical analysis,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this study analyzes the problems existing in the development of amateur football in Tianxin District of Changsha City from the aspects of the current situation of amateur football participants,the construction of football venues and the impact of weather conditions in Tianxin District of Changsha City on the development of amateur football,Then it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for these problems.This study collected and analyzed the data of social football field construction in five districts of Changsha during the 13 th Five Year Plan period from the culture,tourism and Sports Bureau of Tianxin District of Changsha City;Field visit and investigation of amateur football venues in Tianxin District of Changsha;Go to Changsha Meteorological Bureau to collect and analyze the meteorological data of five districts in Changsha in recent three years;Interview the relevant principals,managers and experts of Changsha Tianxin District culture,tourism and Sports Bureau.According to the research results,the following main conclusions are drawn:First,amateur football in Tianxin District of Changsha City has a certain mass base.People make full use of their leisure time to carry out amateur football.The number of people participating in amateur football is also increasing year by year.At the same time,it has formed a development trend with the regional characteristics of Tianxin District of Changsha City.Second,the development of amateur football in Tianxin District of Changsha City has its unique geographical advantages.It is in the core position of Changsha City Zhuzhou City Xiangtan City melt metropolis,with convenient transportation and climate suitable for outdoor sports.The amateur football population in Tianxin District of Changsha City is mainly composed of middle-aged young people.Its personnel structure is also relatively reasonable and has great development potential.Third,the current development of amateur football in Tianxin District of Changsha City has the following prominent problems: for example,there are insufficient competition venues,lack of professional training,team management is not standardized,team funds are insufficient,participants are not active in buying insurance and so on.Fourth,according to the problems existing in the development of amateur football in Tianxin District Changsha City,combined with the actual situation,it is proposed to speed up the construction of amateur football venues and promote amateur football;Increase the training of female football lovers and coordinate the proportion of participants;Improve the management mechanism and improve the management level of amateur football;Set up football association and standardize system management. |
