A Study On The Ideal And Belief Education Of College Students In The New Era

As General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in his report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),"After years of hard work,socialism with Chinese characteristics has now entered a new era,marking a new historical juncture in China’s development." With the development of The Times,the ideal and faith education of college students in China is playing an increasingly important role in ideological and political education.College students in the new era are practitioners of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Shouldering the historical mission of the new era,they should strengthen their ideals and beliefs,aim high,actively participate in the practice of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and become dream chasers in the new era.College students are in the critical stage of life development and growth.Only when they have firm ideals and beliefs can they become qualified practitioners of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,the ideal and faith education of college students in the new era is of great significance to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the healthy growth of college students.Based on the background that our country is in a new era,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the ideal and belief education of college students in the new era from the two aspects of Marxism on the education of ideals and beliefs of young people and Xi Jinping’s discourse on the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs.At the same time,combined with the inner requirements of the ideal and faith of college students in the new era,it shows the mission and responsibility of contemporary college students in the new era.Then,through the questionnaire to survey the current situation of college students’ ideal faith education,it is concluded that exist in teaching contents and giving pertinence is not strong,the education mode is a single,easily affected by diverse ideas of contemporary university students,some college students yearning for a better life and struggle power insufficient,lack of awareness of learning autonomy and ignore the spiritual ideals and social problems.And through the analysis of the causes of the problems,it is concluded that the complex and changeable situation at home and abroad,the negative impact of network development,the lack of profound education in school education,the particularity of college students and the negligence of family education,etc.On the basis of the analysis,proposed the following under the premise of people-oriented and subjectivity education concept,adhere to the "Chinese dream" value guidance,exert different subject in the new era of college students’ ideal faith education,the excellent culture into the new era of college students’ ideal faith education and college students’ ideal faith education should pay attention to often learn often new countermeasures,such as,To better promote the strengthening and perfection of the ideal and faith education of college students in the new era.
