The intelligent education environment provides learners with a tangible and intangible combination of learning places and activity spaces,providing rich learning resources and convenient interactive tools.In the intelligent learning environment,classroom teaching has moved from closed to open,and from real-time to real-time.Collaborative learning has become a good trend in the learning model of universities.A good collaborative learning relationship between students can promote academic engagement,reduce emotional problems,and effectively improve learning outcomes.This article takes undergraduate students as the research object,with the support of social constructivism theory,group activity theory,and activity theory,to explore the external and internal factors that affect the effectiveness of collaborative learning,and conduct empirical analysis.The main research work includes:(1)Development of a scale for evaluating the effectiveness of collaborative learning among college students.The weight of each indicator is determined using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to lay the foundation for the next step of questionnaire preparation.(2)Determination of key factors influencing the effectiveness of collaborative learning among college students.A questionnaire was prepared and distributed,and four external key factors(teacher influence,classroom environment,evaluation mechanism,and teaching activities)and four internal key factors(attitude characteristics,self-efficacy,behavioral motivation,and interpersonal interaction)were identified through two rounds of questionnaire revision through expert interviews and pretests.(3)Empirical analysis and model construction.Using SPSS25.0 and AMOS24.0,descriptive analysis,difference analysis,and regression analysis were conducted on the effectiveness of collaborative learning,internal and external factors of learners.(4)Research recommendations.Aiming at the problems found in the data analysis,combined with the influencing factor model,corresponding research suggestions are proposed from six aspects.Research conclusions include:(1)Among the internal influencing factors of learners,attitude characteristics,self-efficacy,behavioral motivation,and interpersonal interaction have significant effects on the effectiveness of collaborative learning among college students.(2)Among the external environmental factors,teacher influence,classroom environment,and evaluation mechanism have a significant impact on the effectiveness of collaborative learning among college students,while teaching activities have no significant impact on the effectiveness of collaborative learning among college students.(3)The external factor "teaching activity" has no significant impact on the internal factors of the four individual learners,while the other three external environmental factors have a direct and positive impact on the internal factors of the four individual learners.(4)Teachers should provide timely guidance and encouragement to phased tasks,enhance learners’ self-confidence and sense of struggle,and stimulate their endogenous learning motivation;Create a teaching situation that integrates exploration and interest,improve learners’ participation,enable collaborative activities with intelligence,and promote students’ multidimensional and diverse collaborative development.
