| Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education is an important component of China’s higher education and an important educational platform with cross-cultural characteristics.This type of education must accurately position the fundamental issue of "cultivating people for whom",take national rejuvenation as its own responsibility,and provide valuable talent strategic resources for the country to participate in international competition.The ideological and political courses in Sinoforeign cooperative education shoulder the important mission of building a solid ideological defense line and resisting the infiltration of foreign ideologies,which is directly related to the path of education,political stance,and the effectiveness of talent cultivation.As the first and leading force in Sino foreign cooperative education in higher education,Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions have a relatively short history of development,unique educational models,larger talent cultivation scale among similar educational institutions,and a relatively high degree of integration of Sino-foreign educational resources.The construction of ideological and political courses in such institutions needs to be improved,and the construction of relevant institutional mechanisms needs to be further strengthened.In order to implement the decision and deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the construction and development of ideological and political theory courses in higher education institutions,this article aims to study the main problems and contradictions faced in the construction of ideological and political courses in Sino-foreign cooperative educational institutions,explore new models of ideological and political education in the context of internationalization of Higher Education,analyze the unique laws and educational functions of ideological and political courses in Sino-foreign cooperative educational institutions,and identify targeted countermeasures for the construction of ideological and political courses in Sinoforeign cooperative educational institutions,In order to assist Sino-foreign cooperative educational institutions in running universities based on the land of China,and cultivate international composite talents with patriotism,international vision,and cutting-edge knowledge.This article comprehensively understands the current situation of the construction of ideological and political courses in Sino-foreign cooperative educational institutions in higher education through data collection and questionnaire survey.It has been found that the status of ideological and political courses in such institutions is relatively low,the construction of institutional mechanisms is not perfect enough,the innovation of teaching content and methods is insufficient,the diversity and internationalization characteristics are not obvious,the professional skills of teachers need to be improved,the construction of international teaching staff is relatively weak,the construction of teaching materials is relatively lagging,there is a lack of characteristic matching textbooks,the evaluation system is not perfect enough,the curriculum construction lacks unified standards,and the implementation effect of the curriculum is poor,there are many issues such as overall low satisfaction between teachers and students.The main reasons for these problems are the relatively low positioning of curriculum construction,the inaccurate function of ideological and political courses,inadequate understanding of concepts,insufficient emphasis on ideological and political courses and so on.On this basis,this study adopts the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method method to construct the standard orientation of the ideological and political course construction of Sino-foreign cooperative higher education institutions,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the ideological and political course construction of such institutions.Sino-foreign cooperative educational institutions in higher education should pay attention to the top-level design at the macro level,strengthen the construction of ideological and political education system and mechanism,improve the mechanism for introducing excellent talents,improve the internationalization level of ideological and political teachers,build "bilingual" ideological and political textbooks,highlight the international characteristics of ideological and political education,promote the construction of international practice bases,enhance the comprehensive effectiveness of ideological and political education,and innovate the means of integrated media education technology,Create a closed-loop chain of comprehensive ideological and political education. |
