| Rural compulsory education resources have a great impact on the quality and development of rural compulsory education.Studying the allocation of rural education resources in Tiantai County can objectively understand the current situation and constraints of the allocation of compulsory education resources in Tiantai County, which is of certain significance to improve the allocation of compulsory education resources in Tiantai County.Based on the existing research, combined with my own understanding of the development of rural compulsory education, this paper uses a variety of methods and means, such as questionnaires, data analysis and field surveys,to focus on the allocation of rural compulsory education resources in Tiantai County as a specific research object.Through the research,it is found that: first, the level of rural compulsory education resource allocation in the county has been improved, but there is still a large gap between urban and rural compulsory education resource allocation.Rural compulsory education resource allocation is relatively scarce, which is specifically reflected in the low financial resource investment in compulsory education, and the serious shortage of compulsory education teaching facilities. Then,it analyzes the reasons for the lack of rural compulsory education resources in Tiantai County, mainly including the low level of financial income, the long-term impact of the "urban orientation" concept of educational allocation and other factors. In view of the shortage of rural compulsory education resources and the allocation of resources in Tiantai County, this paper expounds its own opinions from the perspectives of improving the level of economic development and financial income, the investment strategy of rural compulsory education teaching facilities, and the optimization strategy of rural compulsory education human resources allocation.Through the research,I hope to provide some help and inspiration for the optimal allocation of rural compulsory education resources in Tiantai County and solving the problem of rural compulsory education resource shortage. |
