| With the tremendous changes in China’s human-land relationship,rural settlement,as the spatial carriers of social and economic development,are facing severe differentiation and reorganization.With the rapid advancement of new urbanization,the future optimal layout of rural space should be based on multi-objectives and multi-modes,with urban and rural resource space reconstruction as the path,and an ideal space for production,ecology and life to coordinate with each other.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically conduct in-depth research on rural spatial distribution,provide new technologies and management strategies for rural reconstruction and sustainable resource development,and provide practical references for the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.Our research takes Haihe Town of Sheyang County as the object,collected and organized the relevant social and economic data of each administrative village in Haihe Town.Connected it with the vector data of the administrative village in Arc GIS,and establishes the rural information database of Haihe Town.Using spatial analysis method,analytic hierarchy process,entropy value method and expert scoring method,analyzed the status quo of rural space and its distribution characteristics,and constructed an index system for rural centrality and development potential evaluation.Then divided the types of rural development,and target different types of villages development model,propose specific optimization paths,and explored development strategies that promote the optimization of rural spatial layout.The main research conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)From 1998 to 2018,the scale of all land types in Haihe Town changed,and cultivated land occupies an absolutely dominant position among all land use types.Although the proportion of construction land has been increased to a certain extent,and its scale has increased significantly,besides the forest land has been greatly reduced,the natural ecological space in the study area has been squeezed by construction land.The socio-economic space of the villages in Haihe Town is unevenly distributed.The overall population size of northern region is large relatively while small in the central region.The level of per capita arable land and per capita agricultural output value show the characteristics of spatial agglomeration distribution.The rural settlements are distributed to a centralized distribution,which is related to the original homestead approval method and the policy of linking the increase and decrease of urban and rural construction land.The overall distribution of Haihe Town shows an agglomeration trend,but the distribution is uneven among regions,and the rural space in different regions has different characteristics.The rural residential areas in Haihe Town are generally small in grade,and the level of intensive use of land resources is low,showing problems such as disordered spatial layout of residential areas,serious waste of land resources,and ancillary facilities not keeping up with the development of the times and so on.(2)The evaluation index system of rural settlement space development potential by the perspective of external driving ability and endogenous response ability shows that the overall development potential of rural settlement space in Haihe Town has gradually increased from 1998 to 2018,and shows obvious spatial differentiation characteristics and agglomeration in the southeast.The important driving force of rural external drive in Haihe Town presents urbanization drive> marketization drive> industrialization drive,and the contribution of urbanization drive capacity gradually rises,and the index and contribution of industrialization drive capacity show a trend of rising first and then decreasing.The spatial development potential of rural settlements in Haihe Town,Sheyang County is mainly driven by their own endogenous responses,and the response of rural settlements to urbanization is the main source of their development potential.According to the comprehensive evaluation results of the Sansheng space in Haihe Town,the settlement of Haihe Town was renovated and the living space of the village was classified and optimized.Based on the analysis of the spatial structure of rural settlements,the villages in Haihe Town are divided into suburban integration,agglomeration promotion,relocation and removal,and special protection.(3)In Arc GIS,Tyson’s multi-deformation is used to delineate the service scope of each village in Haihe Town.With the continuous increased of the cultivation radius,the number of preferred settlements was getting smaller and smaller.Combined with the wishes of the villagers,the relocation and relocation categories with lower production-living-ecology space evaluation scores were planned and merged into the central villages with larger villages and higher aggregation levels.In the end,the optimized layout of the central villages of Liufen Village,Haiguan Village,Dayou Village,Fuxing Village,Jiangkang Village,Lieshi Village,Gexin Village,Pengzhuang Village,Shadong Village,Sanhe Village and Huabei Village was formed. |
