Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education is an important part of the development of higher education.China ’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education policy has mainly gone through four periods : the germination period of consciousness cultivation and value guidance,the pilot exploration period of pilot practice and support guidance,the rapid development period of curriculum reform and platform construction,and the comprehensive construction period of integration and network carrier.With the development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education,its participants have become more diverse.Based on the theory of teacher professional development and role identity,full-time teachers,as one of the main bodies,should support and participate in the development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in colleges and universities.Under the impetus of the policy,the number of full-time teachers participating in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in colleges and universities has gradually increased,but the degree of participation and the effect of participation are uneven,and are affected by many factors.In order to understand the current situation and influencing factors of full-time teachers ’ participation in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education,and explore effective strategies to promote full-time teachers’ participation in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education,this paper takes China Three Gorges University as a case,and selects some full-time teachers and undergraduates according to disciplines.This paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of full-time teachers’ participation in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education from three aspects:teacher participation,process,effect and teacher-student satisfaction.On this basis,the strategy of promoting full-time teachers to participate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education is discussed.The study found that the full-time teachers of Three Gorges University have a high degree of participation in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education,and there are various ways of participation.The participation effect is good but there is still room for improvement.It is mainly affected by the government ’s attention and policy formulation,social recognition and support,school system regulations,teachers ’ own awareness and ability,and students’ attitude and ability.Therefore,in order to promote full-time teachers to participate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in colleges and universities,the government should pay attention to relevant theoretical and practical research,clarify the role of full-time teachers,and improve the support mechanism of policies and systems.The society should provide recognition and support for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education,and enterprises should actively participate in it.colleges and universities should establish corresponding incentive,cooperation,communication and support mechanisms,correct students’ attitudes,and improve students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability and quality;full-time teachers should enhance their professional identity and improve their ability to guide Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education.Since the development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in colleges and universities,policy formulation and system construction have been relatively mature,but the problem of full-time teachers participating in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education has received less attention.An in-depth analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of full-time teachers’ participation in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education is not only a realistic need to solve the bottleneck of the development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in colleges and universities,but also an inevitable requirement to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in colleges and universities.It not only helps colleges and universities to better understand the demands of full-time teachers,but also provides some reference for relevant departments of provinces and cities to improve relevant Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education policies and their guarantee mechanisms.
