| Rapid stretching composite training is an effective training method for developing explosive force in the human body.Its working principle is to allow the human muscles to undergo centrifugal stretching at the beginning,and then rapidly contract towards the center in a short period of time.This can bring stronger contraction force to the muscles through the elastic potential energy and stretching reflex,which can effectively improve the contraction speed of the muscles,Enable the human body to unleash the stored energy in a short period of time,thereby effectively developing the body’s explosive power.The technical movements of back style high jump emphasize the perfect combination of strength,speed,and technique by students,resulting in faster takeoff speed and better takeoff angle,allowing the body to increase takeoff height and better cross the crossbar.Therefore,this article adopts rapid stretching composite training in the teaching classroom of back style high jump,in order to explore its impact on students’ specific physical fitness,sports skills,and other aspects.It then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of using rapid stretching composite training in back style high jump teaching,and provides some suggestions for the implementation of training and innovation of course content in college physical education.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experiment.Before the experiment,a total of44 students from two track and field special classes of the 2020 grade physical education major of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education were selected as the experimental subjects.The experimental group used rapid telescopic compound training for auxiliary teaching in the preparation part of the back style high jump teaching class,while the control group carried out routine special preparation activities in the preparation part of the class according to the teaching outline.Before and after the experiment,the two groups of students were tested on their special physical fitness,achievement of reaching the standard,technical evaluation,learning attitude,motivation and interest,and the test results were statistically processed.The results are as follows:(1)After six weeks of teaching experiment,there was a significant difference between the two groups of students in the 30-meter race(P;There was a significant difference between boys and girls in the four-step arc approach(P;There was a significant difference in the scores of boys throwing the solid ball(P<0.05).Although there was no significant difference in the scores of girls(P>0.05),the improvement rate of girls in the experimental group was 3.74%,and that of girls in the control group was 0.1%.The improvement rate of girls in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of girls in the control group.(2)There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the achievement of reaching the standard and the technical evaluation of the back style high jump(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the routine teaching of the control class,the boys’ "learning interest" and "learning motivation" in the experimental class showed very significant differences(P<0.01),while the "learning attitude" indicators had no significant differences(P>0.05).The girls’ "learning interest","learning attitude" and "learning motivation" in the experimental class showed significant differences(P<0.05).The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the research results:(1)Compared with the regular class,the class with fast telescopic compound training can more effectively improve the students’ performance of 30-meter run,four-step arc approach,one-foot jump and touch high,and back-throwing solid ball.The fast stretching compound training can effectively improve the students’ special quality of the back style high jump.(2)The application of fast stretching compound training in the teaching of back style high jump can effectively improve the students’ skills and results of back style high jump,and the teaching effect is better.(3)Compared with the conventional classroom,the application of fast stretching compound training in the classroom can more stimulate students’ learning interest and motivation,and promote students’ understanding and mastery of the skills of fosbury flop. |
