| From the perspective of volunteer management staff,this study takes X social work oranization as an eample to carry out a research on the participation of young floating population volunteers in social work services from the perspective of empowerment.The main body of the study is mainly from four aspects: volunteer’s subjectivity,volunteer’s knowledge and skill,the cooperation between volunteer and social worker,and volunteer’s power structure.The X organization helps the volunteers to improve their status by inviting them to participate in the activity planning,respecting the volunteers’ wishes,and assigning the posts that are suitable for their personal characteristics Through theoretical knowledge and practical learning to help volunteers to acquire knowledge and skills;The cooperation between social workers and volunteers is realized through the joint planning before the activity,the guidance of social workers in the process of the activity,and the joint supervision after the activity Through value transmission,thought inspiration,personal experience,knowledge learning and other means to help volunteers identify the authority.Finally,we can get the result that the main body status of volunteers is constantly strengthened,the comprehensive quality of volunteers is constantly improved,the cooperation between volunteers and social workers is constantly deepened,and the ability of identifying the rights of volunteers is constantly enhanced,and achieved the volunteer volunteer service motive to transform unceasingly,the social work specialized theory and the practice interaction influence deepens unceasingly other goals.On the basis of the above research,the paper summarizes the important work experience of the X organization in the volunteer cultivation work. |
