Gymnastics is a physical education course in primary and secondary schools.Rolling, inversion and other abnormal movement exercises in gymnastics promote the development of students that cannot be replaced by other physical education courses.Gymnastics movement is rich, from the point of view of action force, gymnastics is the human body to complete a variety of dynamic and static sports, this project has a technical position and posture significantly different from other sports.Dynamic and static transition refers to the change form of a moving state changed from a motor changing state to a relative static state or from a relative static state to a motor changing state. This study is based on the special technical movements of gymnastics project, according to the way and characteristics of a single movement, from the perspective of spatial level, movement direction and spatial position, and classifies the design according to the changes of spatial level and movement direction in the combination.Through the practice of the students ’dynamic and static conversion combination design in the process of gymnastics teaching, the influence of it on the students’ balance ability is analyzed, and the feasibility of introducing the dynamic and static conversion combination design in the middle school physical education teaching is explored. This paper adopts literature data method, expert interview method, teaching experiment method, comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics method as the main research methods. Two students in grade 2 of Guangzhou No.89 Middle School are randomly selected as the experiment objects, with 40 students in each class, and the ratio of men and women is equal.Participants were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The exercise intervention in this study replaces only part of the curriculum where students receive physical education in school. The subjects in this experiment attended the same physical education course except that the experimental group participated in the kinetic and static conversion combination design exercise. Before the experiment, the balance ability of the subjects was tested. After 12 weeks of experiment, the balance ability of the subjects was tested again, and the data obtained from the two before and after tests were compared and analyzed. The following conclusions can be obtained from the analysis of the experimental test results:1.Through the 12-week exercise intervention experiment of the combination of dynamic and static conversion of gymnastics,it is proved that students can effectively improve their balance ability by learning the combination of dynamic and static conversion of gymnastics.2.In the process of school physical education teaching, two or more contents or means of learning and practice are designed for physical education classroom teaching.Compared with the single teaching mode of single physical education knowledge or technical action,it has a more significant effect on promoting the development of students’ balanced ability.
