Research On The Construction Of Gun Competition Rules In The Background Of National Defence Education

Gun exercise is a national defense sports project that uses prop guns to drill and perform with the musical background,aiming at improving national defense education quality and enhancing national cohesion.As the saying goes,"nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards",fair competition scoring rules are of great significance for athletes to achieve ideal results and are the basic conditions for orderly competition.At present,there is a lack of competition scoring rules for gun exercise,which are the guiding documents for sports training and competition,the yardstick for referees to score,and the basis and guarantee for fair,reasonable and orderly competition.In addition,it also aims to restrain the behavior of athletes,maintain a normal order of competition,and guide athletes to develop good sports ethics.This study uses the methods of Literature,Expert Interview,Delphi,Video Observation,Mathematical Statistics and Logical Analysis to analyze the main characteristics of gun exercise competition on the basis of military sports,explore the main factors affecting the scoring rules of gun exercise competition,and initially explore the construction of scientific,normative and systematic scoring rules of gun exercise competition,expand the new ways of understanding the technical standards and competition rules of gun exercise,and provide reference for the future national defense education,as well as sports departments and schools that carry out gun exercise competition and training.The conclusions are as follows.1.A total of 116 indicators are constructed for the scoring rules of gun exercise competition under the background of national defence education in this study.Among them,the first-level indicators are composed of three indicators,including general rules,scoring guidelines and supplementary rules;the secondary indicators are composed of 30 indicators,including the definition of gun exercise,the nature of the project,the classification of the gun exercise project,the participating group,the number of participants and gender,the number of substitutes,the competition time,the competition venue,etc.;the third-level indicators consist of 68 indicators,including national defense sports,ceremonial gun exercise,practical gun exercise,pattern gun exercise,and comprehensive gun exercise;the four-level indicators are composed of 15 indicators,including student group,social group,senior referee group,chief referee,referee members etc.2.The scoring standard of gun exercise competition in this study is to divide the it into four grades: Excellent(10-9 points),Good(7.6-8.9 points),Medium(6-7.5points),and Poor(5.9-3 points)according to the specific performance of the athletes completing the ceremonial gun exercise,actual gun exercise,and pattern gun exercise,as well as quantify the occurrence of each grade according to the number of people,the number of movement errors,and the deviation angle of guns.3.This study determines a systematic organization system for judging competitions.It includes the construction of the content standard of gun operation competition,the composition of competition group and the matching competition score operation table system.
