Research On National Security Education Of College Students Under The Background Of Profound Changes

People of all ages hope to live a life of peace and security.National security is the premise of peace and security.The world today is undergoing "profound changes unseen in a century".One of the features of the great changes in the world is that many countries are confronted with overlapping problems and many increasingly risky challenges,traditional and non-traditional security threats are intertwined and affect each other.Not only is the game between major countries intensifying,but the global governance system is also undergoing profound changes.The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at present shows bright prospects.China’s national security is in good shape on the whole,but it is undeniable that it faces unprecedented challenges.How to cope with the challenges and how to better safeguard China’s national security are the major issue now.National security is an important cornerstone of the stability of a country,which is related to the survival of a country.National security education is an important means to maintain national security and improve the efficiency of national governance.College students are the pillars of the country in the future and shoulder the task of national rejuvenation.Whether they have the necessary theoretical.knowledge of national security and strong national security awareness,and whether they can translate national security awareness into specific actions will directly affect the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and even the survival of the country.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to carry out national security education for college students.The thesis is based on the background of profound changes unseen in a century,the"Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening National Security Education in Schools and Universities" and the "Guideline on National Security Education in Schools and Universities",guided by a holistic approach to national security.It explains the relevant theories about profound changes;guiding ideology,educational goals and educational content of national security education for college students;the theoretical basis of national security education for college students.It also discusses the urgency and necessity of strengthening national security education for college students under the background of profound changes unseen in a century.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the problems existing in national security education of college students under the background of profound changes,and then analyzes the causes of these problems.it strengthens the national security education of college students from four aspects:strengthening the construction of the teaching staff of national security education of college students,broadening the channels of national security education of college students,optimizing the national security education environment of college students and improving the national security education mechanism of college students.Therefore,it will better enhance and improve the effectiveness of national security education of college students.
