Quantitative Research On The Index System Of Volleyball "Libero" Primary Talent Selection

Research Objective: The purpose of this study is to use scientific and reasonable methods to construct a primary material selection index system that meets the characteristics of youth volleyball freelancers,and to improve the relevant theories of free man material selection.Then,according to the index test results of the test object,a quantitative standard for the primary selection index of free man was developed to ensure that the system could truly reflect the competitive ability of athletes and provide a scientific,real and feasible theoretical basis for the primary selection of volleyball free man.Research methods: taking literature as the theoretical basis,combined with the results of interviews with experts,combing research ideas,and providing a basis for each step of the later research;The Delphi method was used to finely screen and determine the material selection indicators of the primary selection;The analytic hierarchy method was used to construct the primary material selection model of free man and calculate the corresponding weights of each index.The test method is used to test the three-level indicators in the system to determine the evaluation criteria for material selection;The statistical method of mathematical statistics is used to statistically analyze the questionnaire and test data,which provides a real and reliable basis for the construction of the system.Research results:(1)Using scientific and reasonable research methods to condense the special characteristics of volleyball freelancers,the age group of free man primary material selection was determined to be 10～12 years old,and the relevant indicators that met the primary material selection stage of free man were selected and determined.(2)The primary selection index system of volleyball free man was constructed,which mainly included 8 first-level indicators,20 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators.The second and third level indicators can fully reflect the special characteristics of volleyball freelancers.(3)The weight values of each index in the volleyball libertaro primary material selection index system were obtained by using the analytic hierarchy software,and the quantitative standard of volleyball libertarian primary material selection index was developed based on relevant test data.Research conclusions:(1)The primary selection index system of volleyball free man was constructed,and eight first-level indicators were determined,namely: physical fitness,physical form,physical function,special skills,psychological indicators,genetic indicators,sociological indicators and subjective evaluation of coaches.Their importance is as follows: physical fitness(0.2658)> special skills(0.1399),physical morphology>physical form(0.1215)> subjective evaluation of coaches(0.1199)> physical function(0.1104)> psychological indicators(0.1079)> genetic indicators(0.0724)> sociological indicators(0.0624).(2)In the constructed volleyball libero primary selection index system,there are 20 secondary indicators,among which the physical fitness indicators include strength quality,speed quality,flexibility quality,agility and coordination quality;Body shape indicators include height and fullness indicators;Physical functions include respiratory function,blood function,cardiovascular function;Specialized techniques include pad passing techniques,receiving techniques and defensive skills;Psychological indicators include mental processes and personality psychology;Genetic indicators include pedigree surveys;Sociological indicators include the environment in which growth is and attitudes to the outside world;The subjective evaluation of coaches includes ball sense,sports intelligence,and psychological ability.(3)The constructed system includes 34 three-level indicators,mainly including standing long jump,half-meter self-movement,ruler test,prone back extension,repeated span,height,bone age,BMI index,vital mass index,hemoglobin,Harvard step test,moving mat ball,double to mat ball,double pair pass,pad pitch,catch serve,catch hanging ball,Schulte square(25 grids)attention test,temperament type scale,parent health survey,athlete social support scale,volleyball team emotional intelligence scale,Sense of space,feeling,receptivity,comprehension,prediction and decision-making,execution,will quality,training style,love for volleyball,pressure resistance,emotional stability.(4)In addition to constructing the volleyball libero primary material selection index system,statistical data processing software is also used to sort out and analyze the test data,and the quantitative standard of the free man primary material selection index system is formulated.Among them,the test indicators include qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators,and the innovation lies in the quantitative processing of qualitative indicators.
