Research On The Optimization Of Construction Of Informationization Of University Students’ Psychological Archives In The M University

University students’ psychological archives are the historical records of university students’ psychological evaluation,psychological counseling and self-psychological exploration.Nowadays,with the rapid spread of computer and network technology,the psychological records of colleges and universities are gradually entering the era of comprehensive informatization construction.The psychological archives of university students is an important part of the mental health work of colleges and universities,and its informatization construction level is a pretty important symbol to evaluate whether the mental health work of colleges and universities is modernized.Guangxi Minzu University(hereinafter referred to as M university)is a comprehensive ethnic higher education institution,and half of its students are ethnic minority students.However,the mental health education of minority students has become an important issue,greatly limiting the growth and success of minority students and a pain point in the education of minority universities.The informatization of psychological archives in the M University is still in its initial stage.Based on the gradually improved informatization infrastructure,the psychological archive management system is updated and the digitization of psychological archives is achieved.It also provides help for counselors or psychological teachers to quickly and accurately find students with psychological problems and timely carry out intervention of mental crisis and psychological counseling.Nevertheless,there are still obvious shortcomings in the construction of information resources,security system,rules and regulations,and informatization talents in the psychological archives of M university.Optimizing the information construction of psychological archives in M university can not only improve the efficiency and quality of psychological archive management of university students,help M university to carry out mental health work,improve the mental quality of university students and promote their overall development,but also help M university to establish a complete and scientific mental health education system,enhance the management of university itself,provide quality services to students and make the campus more beautiful and harmonious.
