| Learning evaluation is an evaluation method to make value judgments on students’ learning status,so that students can accumulate learning experience and improve learning effects in understanding the value and criteria of teaching objectives,transform the traditional teaching with teachers as the main body of learning mode into learning assessment-oriented,take students’ major and future development as the main purpose,reformulate goals,and integrate the professional belief elements of normal students into learning evaluation activities,which is conducive to cultivating the professional identity of normal students.In the learning evaluation activities,improve their professional quality,enhance the professional belief of teacher training students,and continuously improve their ability for academic development.This study aims to design learning evaluation activities that integrate professional belief cultivation into professional belief cultivation to cultivate the professional beliefs of normal students,discusses the impact of vocational belief cultivation on the professional development of normal students and the existing problems,and determines the research question as how to design the elements of vocational belief cultivation into learning evaluation activities and improve students’ professional beliefs through the feasibility analysis of the integration of learning evaluation and professional belief cultivation.Therefore,the literature research method is used to summarize the conceptual definition and development status of professional belief,teachers’ professional belief and learning evaluation,and clarify the relationship between learning evaluation and professional belief.Through the design of learning evaluation activity process based on theoretical bases such as activity theory,quality iceberg theory,and developmental education evaluation,the elements of professional belief are extracted through the combing of literature and the interpretation of the course objectives of "Information Teaching",and the learning evaluation activities integrated into the cultivation of professional belief are constructed according to the function of learning evaluation and the correspondence of occupational belief dimension.The survey and research method were used to investigate the development of overall professional belief in normal colleges,and the design-based research was applied to take junior normal students as the research objects,combined with the elements of teachers’ professional beliefs summarized during "Information Teaching",to construct a framework of learning evaluation activities integrated into the cultivation of professional beliefs,and to teach experimental classes.By continuously discovering the problem optimization framework in the three rounds of experiments and collecting the data of the three experiments for effect analysis,it is found that when students use the learning evaluation activity framework integrated into the cultivation of professional beliefs,students’ enthusiasm for learning,students’ practical ability,and theoretical knowledge learning are significantly improved.In summary,this study aims to cultivate the professional beliefs of normal students and takes learning evaluation activities as the path,and studies from five aspects: theoretical knowledge combing,investigation and summary of the current situation of professional beliefs of normal students,process design of learning evaluation activities,practical verification and effect analysis,which proves the effectiveness of learning evaluation activity process integrated into professional belief cultivation and the effectiveness of professional belief cultivation of normal students. |
