A Study On The Integration Of The Great Party Building Spirit Into The Ideological And Political Education Of University Students

General Secretary Xi Jinping first introduced the concept of the Great Party Building Spirit at the conference celebrating the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,namely the great spirit of adhering to the truth and holding fast to the ideals,practising the original intention and taking up the mission,not being afraid of sacrifice and heroic struggle,being loyal to the Party and living up to the people.The Great Party Building Spirit was conceived at the very beginning of the Communist Party of China,and has been growing and developing during the Party’s century-long struggle.It is under the guidance of the Great Party Spirit that the CPC has led the Chinese people to achieve a series of major victories through arduous struggles,bringing about great changes in Chinese society and opening up a new chapter in the history of the development of the Chinese nation.History flows on and on,and the spirit is passed on from generation to generation.Today,the great founding spirit of the Party remains a powerful motivation for the Party and the nation to overcome all difficulties and obstacles and continue to move forward with courage.At this critical period of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we just need to carry on and develop the great party spirit.The spirit of the Great Party Building embodies the firm ideals and beliefs of the Chinese Communists,their strong mission,their fearless will to fight and their selfless dedication,which have important nurturing values and provide rich educational materials for the ideological and political education of university students in the new era.General Secretary Xi Jinping said that a strong youth makes a strong nation.The new era provides a broad stage and unlimited opportunities for university students to display their talents and realize their dreams,but at the same time,the new era is also full of various undesirable social trends,which can negatively affect the values of university students.Young university students are the main force of national construction,the future and hope of national development.The improvement of their comprehensive quality and ability is not only necessary for their personal growth and success,but also for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The integration of the great party building spirit into the ideological and political education of university students is not only conducive to inheriting and carrying forward the great party building spirit in the new era,but also conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing moral education in colleges and universities,so as to cultivate new generations for the Party and the country who can bear the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation.This paper mainly focuses on two main lines of research,namely,"the great party building spirit" and "ideological and political education".The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,the content and methods of the study,and the important points and innovations of the study.Chapter 2 gives an overview of the formation of the great party building spirit,its scientific connotation and the intrinsic connection with the ideological and political education of college students.Chapter 3 discusses the significance of integrating the Great Party Building Spirit into the ideological and political education of college students from two levels:the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities and the growth and success of college students.Chapter 4 discusses the opportunities and challenges of integrating the Great Party Building Spirit into the ideological and political education of college students,with a focus on the challenges.Chapter 5 puts forward the mechanism construction for the integration of the Great Party Building Spirit into the ideological and political education of college students from the macro level,including the establishment of guarantee mechanism,resource integration mechanism and evaluation mechanism.Chapter 6puts forward the concrete practical paths for the integration of the Great Party Building Spirit into the ideological and political education of college students from the micro level,including the integration into classroom teaching,the integration into campus culture construction,the integration into social practice activities,the integration into the construction of network positions and the strengthening of self-education of college students.
