| The idea of Value-added Evaluation in education originated from the Coleman Report,which was published in 1966.The concept of Value-added Evaluation was introduced to China in the 1980 s,during which it underwent accumulation and development for over 30 years,but overall it is still in the exploratory stage.In October 2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era,which proposed exploring Value-added Evaluation in education.Since then,Value-added Evaluation has attracted widespread attention from the academic community.Value-added Evaluation considers the starting point of evaluation and also pays attention to the changes in various aspects of the evaluation object.Through a scientific and transparent evaluation process,it plays a certain promoting role in improving the quality of education.In the digital education environment,traditional teacher evaluation urgently needs to be reformed.Currently,there are still problems in teacher evaluation,such as a single evaluation standard and a lack of guidance for teachers’ own development.In response to the objective needs of the quality of compulsory education for teacher development,how to improve the teaching effectiveness of teachers through Value-added Evaluation has become a practical problem that needs to be solved.Improving the teaching effectiveness of teachers through Value-added Evaluation is also one of the effective ways to promote the development of China’s teaching team.In this study,based on the perspective of Value-added Evaluation,we explore the Value-added Evaluation method for the teaching effectiveness of primary and secondary school teachers in the digital education environment,providing data reference for the precise improvement of teacher teaching effectiveness.In this study,based on the perspective of Value-added Evaluation,we explore the Value-added Evaluation method for the teaching effectiveness of primary and secondary school teachers in the digital education environment,providing data reference for the precise improvement of teacher teaching effectiveness.This study follows the research paradigm of empirical research,using literature analysis and survey research methods to perform the following work.This research constructs a preliminary Value-added Evaluation system of primary and secondary school teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the digital education environment by analyzing the relevant literature on teachers’ teaching effectiveness.The Delphi method is used to improve and modify the preliminary Value-added Evaluation system,and then the final Value-added Evaluation system of teachers’ teaching effectiveness is obtained.Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process are used to scientifically and reasonably assign the weight of each dimension index in the Value-added Evaluation system.Based on the perspective of Value-added Evaluation,the obtained data is analyzed and calculated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculation method,ultimately presenting the comprehensive value-added score and final comprehensive Value-added Evaluation value of teachers in various dimensions.The research is based on the perspective of Value-added Evaluation,the author developed a calculation tool based on the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculation method and analyzed and calculated the obtained data.This stage ultimately presents the comprehensive value-added scores and final comprehensive value-added evaluation values of teachers in various dimensions.By analyzing the comprehensive value-added scores of teachers in various dimensions,the author found that the teaching effectiveness of teachers has been improved to varying degrees.By conducting follow-up visits to the teaching managers and teachers involved in the evaluation implementation of the school,the author confirms that the Value-added Evaluation method designed in this study has been recognized by the school leaders and participating teachers.The main contributions of this study are as follows: 1)This study enriches the content of teacher evaluation and completes the construction of a Value-added Evaluation system for the teaching effectiveness of primary and secondary school teachers in the digital education environment;2)This study applies the Value-added Evaluation method for teaching effectiveness of primary and secondary school teachers in the digital education environment,enhancing the practical value of teacher teaching effectiveness evaluation;3)This study achieved the development and optimization of a tool for evaluating the effectiveness of teacher teaching,providing technical support for the development of Value-added Evaluation.Due to limited practical scope and time,the evaluation and exploration process in this study needs further improvement. |
