| In recent years,the constantly improving standard of living,quality of life and consumption upgrade as orientation mode of life,promote domestic service industry achieved rapid development in China.Rural domestic workers in the process of rural-urban migration,due to cultural differences between urban and rural areas to make it into a survival plight,to adapt to the problems facing the city seems particularly outstanding.The city adaptation problem on rural family political work into the line of research,is not just about high quality development strategy of promoting domestic services,more important issues of regional economic development and social stability.This study takes the rural domestic workers in a city of Shandong province as the research object,and combines quantitative and qualitative comprehensive research methods to explore their urban social adaptation problems.The research content includes describing the urban trajectory of rural domestic workers,dynamically displaying and exploring the process and effect of their urban adaptation,analyzing the influencing factors of the research group in terms of economy,social life and psychological adaptation,and proposing effective strategies to solve the dilemma and social adaptation problems.Study found that home political work from rural to urban migration process,not only has realized the life space of migration,and face the challenges of the new environment,early experience from the city of anxiety,and use their social resources,adjust and return to the smooth end up all control emotional twists and turns,at this stage,the rural home political work not only completed the agricultural labourers to professional attendant occupational mobility,some people also implements from farmer to citizen class across.Rural domestic workers in the process of into the urban community culture in order to realize the multidimensional nature of the economic,social and psychological adapt to,it is a complex process for a long time,and to be progressive and mutual influence between the three.Economic adaptation is the foundation of urban social adaptation,but also to social and psychological adapt to the decisive factor,political work can complete basic common economic level adapt,stable economic situation is that they can be the root of social living in the city.Social adaptation is layer surface relative to further adapt to economic conditions,it is for it can adapt to the city and city acceptance is of great significance,the current social culture to adapt to remain closed and limitation.Should psychological adaptation is the highest level of fitness,personal only on the psychology and behavior accepted and used to city life style,work style and value concept,in order to be are the real into the urban society,and the psychological adaptability of domestic workers is generally not strong.For rural domestic workers,individual characteristics,factors such as family environment and urban social system is still hinder the city the main obstacle to be able to adapt to the society.Individual characteristics is the experience of city challenges and difficulties,personality guarantee,also affect their own development important restriction factor.Family environment in the individual’s woes,provides the corresponding structure and function,to support the operation and adjustment of the behavior,effectively cope with stress and plays an important role in solving the problem.In the process of adaptation in the city,city township under the binary system to the household registration system as the core of the social security system arrangement is still the biggest obstacles,lagging of social policy also makes it hard for rural home political work smoothly integrated into the city life.To assist the rural domestic workers into the urban society,needs to promote individual,society and country.Individuals to set up correct concept of city,career planning,expand social network relations to enhance personal social adaptation ability,attention to non-governmental organization strength,improve the community management to strengthen social support,guidance and education,the government should be based on a deep change hukou reform as the center,to set up the equal employment market,expanding the coverage of social security system. |
