| In recent years,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly explained and emphasized that the whole society should vigorously promote the spirit of craftsmanship,and pointed out that vocational education has great potential in cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship.As the basic part of vocational education,secondary vocational schools have the same important status as general education,and are the basic position for cultivating vocational and technical talents.High-quality vocational and technical talents must have certain vocational knowledge and skills and professional quality centered on craftsmanship.Therefore,in secondary vocational schools,the cultivation of craftsmanship is as important as vocational knowledge and skills.However,at present,there is a problem of dualization between the teaching of knowledge and skills and the cultivation of craftsman spirit in secondary vocational schools,and there is much research on the cultivation of craftsman spirit in secondary vocational schools but little practical research,and how to cultivate the craftsman spirit in the study of specific professional courses needs to be further explored.In view of this situation,this paper takes the operation and management of high-star hotels of Kunming GD Vocational School as the research object,and understands the teaching status of the professional course of Basic Knowledge of Tour Guide through questionnaire survey method,classroom observation method and interview method,and on this basis,the teaching design and implementation are carried out with regional characteristic cultural intangible cultural heritage tie-dye as the carrier,and the craftsman spirit of students is cultivated through doing.The thesis first elaborates on the background and significance of the research,identifies research gaps through a review of domestic and foreign literature,and establishes the research content,ideas,and methods of this article.Secondly,define the relevant concepts of this article,guided by the theory of learning by doing,the theory of human capital,and the theory of comprehensive human development.Once again,students and teachers majoring in the operation and management of high star hotels in GD Vocational School were selected as the survey subjects.Through questionnaire survey,classroom observation,and teacher interview methods,combined with the interview results of intangible cultural heritage inheritors,the current situation of the integration of craftsmanship and the teaching of Basic Knowledge of Tour Guides was understood,and the problems and reasons for the integration of craftsmanship into the teaching of Basic Knowledge of Tour Guides were analyzed,Provide a practical basis for the integration of intangible cultural heritage tie dyeing into the teaching design and implementation of Basic Knowledge of Tour Guides from the perspective of craftsmanship spirit.Finally,the paper uses intangible cultural heritage tie dyeing as a carrier for teaching design and practice,implementing the integration of craftsmanship and the teaching of Basic Knowledge of Tour Guides through the teaching method of learning by doing.The results of questionnaire surveys and teacher interviews indicate that using intangible cultural heritage handicrafts as a carrier to cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship is feasible,and can provide teaching case references for teachers in our school to cultivate students’ craftsmanship.At the same time,the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit is not achieved overnight,and it still requires the continuous promotion of teachers and schools. |
