Research On The Construction Of University Cultural System In Applied Undergraduate Colleges

As an important component of Chinese universities,application-oriented universities shoulder the mission of cultivating innovative and application-oriented talents urgently needed for the country’s social development.As a spiritual element rooted in the entire process of the birth and development of universities,university culture is of great significance for application-oriented universities to solve a series of problems they face in the development process.The development history of application-oriented undergraduate colleges is relatively short,and they have achieved corresponding achievements and faced many challenges in the construction of university culture.Due to the lack of systematic standards,it is difficult for application-oriented universities to address these challenges in a targeted manner.Therefore,it is necessary to apply the theory of system science to carry out systematic research on the construction of university culture in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,and explore the path of systematic construction.This paper clarifies the importance of university culture in the development of applied undergraduate colleges,sorts out the development process and positioning of applied undergraduate colleges through literature investigation and research,and specifically analyzes the achievements and challenges in the construction of university culture in the development of applied undergraduate colleges.Through the improved Delphi method,the basic components of the university culture system of applied undergraduate colleges and universities were established,these influencing factors were designed into questionnaires,the credibility and validity of effective questionnaires were analyzed with the help of SPSS software,and the structural equation model was used to analyze and adjust,and finally the applied undergraduate college university culture system model including three first-level subsystems including spiritual culture,institutional culture and material culture and 20 second-level components such as school-running spirit and characteristic inheritance spirit was established.It is found that among the three first-level subsystems,spiritual culture occupies the most important position,followed by institutional culture and material culture.Among the second-level constituent elements,13 are first-level influencing factors,such as the spirit of running a school,the spirit of inheriting characteristics,and the teaching management system,which should be attached great importance to in the process of university culture construction of application-oriented undergraduate colleges.Finally,this paper combines the current background of the times and the current situation of university culture development of applied undergraduate colleges,establishes the principles of university culture system construction of applied undergraduate colleges on the basis of following the system model,and puts forward specific construction strategies from the aspects of spiritual culture,institutional culture and material culture,including: the center of spiritual culture construction of applied undergraduate colleges is to carry forward China’s mainstream culture,establish a representative conference system for university culture construction under the leadership of the Party,and establish a venue for the exhibition of industry-university-research achievements of application-oriented undergraduate colleges.Under limited research conditions,this paper strives to explore the theoretical and strategic support for the construction of university culture in application-oriented undergraduate colleges in the new era,and can also provide a certain degree of reference for the construction of university culture in other universities.
