In recent years,with the continuous development of The Times and education reform,professional master students in physical education teaching will gradually become an important force in the future school physical education.Meanwhile,the professional development and training quality of physical education teachers are also the top priority.Teaching academic is an important concept reflecting the professional development of physical education teachers,and it is not only an important content of the growth of post-service physical education teachers.It is also an important content of pre-service PE teacher training.This study focuses on professional master students in the field of pre-service physical education and takes their teaching and academic status and enlightenment development as the research content,which can not only enrich the theory of teaching and academic,but also facilitate the effective improvement of professional master students in the field of physical education teaching and academic,and can provide reference for improving the quality of pre-service teaching.According to the academic theory of teaching,the thesis further arranges the teaching and learning of postgraduate students,and puts forward that the teaching and learning of postgraduate students should include ideas,teaching and teaching knowledge,teaching practice ability,teaching reflection and peer communication.In the research of this paper,the author mainly investigates the status quo of professional master students in physical education in Yunnan province through six modules: basic situation,concept cognition,education and teaching knowledge,teaching practice,teaching reflection and system guarantee.Through analysis,it is concluded that at present,postgraduate students in physical education have the following problems in teaching and academic aspects:(1)Under the influence of traditional academic concepts,most professional master students in physical education do not understand the concept of teaching and academic.The concept of separation of teaching and academic also exists in the group of master students.The accumulation of professional knowledge of physical education and education and teaching knowledge needs to be further increased.(2)The communication between professional master students in physical education teaching still needs to be strengthened.On the whole,there are less times of teaching observation and less times of reflection on teaching practice,and the ways and methods of reflection need to be improved.(3)In terms of the system of the department,the duration of teaching practice training is insufficient,the level of instructors is uneven,and the academic resources and evaluation mechanism can be further optimized.Based on the analysis of existing problems,the author conducted interviews and surveys with several experts,and proposed relevant improvement and development countermeasures:(1)Professional master students in physical education should timely change traditional academic thoughts and teaching concepts,further increase and consolidate professional knowledge of physical education and teaching knowledge,improve their own teaching level,take the initiative to participate in teaching lectures and conferences,increase communication among peers,improve the frequency of reflection on teaching,and improve the ways and methods of reflection.(2)The department should pay attention to the teaching and academic development of postgraduate students,attach importance to the training of teaching practice,provide more opportunities for teaching practice,try to build more teaching exchange platforms,invite excellent front-line teachers and experts to on-site teaching,or organize postgraduate teaching observation in demonstration schools,and further optimize the training content and evaluation mechanism of postgraduate students.If conditions permit,set up a variety of ways and methods for teaching practice such as the second tutor.The conclusion of the thesis is that the current teaching academic level of physical education graduate students is not optimistic,and there is a lack of guidance and training in concept cognition,teaching theory knowledge,teaching practice and reflection.The development of teaching and academic development of professional master students in physical education direction depends on the timely change of cognition,the accumulation of teaching knowledge,the improvement of reflection and communication,the supervision and support of tutors,etc.Teaching and learning also need to attract the attention of training institutions,take it as an important content of graduate vocational ability development,open teaching resources to help them develop teaching and learning.It is suggested that the academic atmosphere of teaching should be created to effectively establish the academic nature of teaching and to establish an evaluation mechanism for the teaching and academic ability of postgraduate students,which is helpful for in-depth exploration and overall grasp of the factors affecting the teaching and academic ability of postgraduate students.
