The development of museums is inseparable from the progress of science and technology.With the rapid development of digital technology,the development of museums has also been exploring and practicing from informatization to digitalization and then to intelligence.Since the start of the first batch of smart museum construction work in 2014,the concept of smart museum has been increasingly paid attention to and accepted by many museums.Major museums are actively trying to transform intelligently and have achieved remarkable results.Smart museums,with audience needs as the core and scientific technology as the support,can comprehensively improve the efficiency of museums in smart services,smart protection,and smart management.At present,more and more small and medium-sized museums have also begun to pay attention to and think about the construction of smart museums.The Chinese Martial Arts Museum,as the first university museum themed with martial arts and fully demonstrating the history and culture of martial arts,has always kept pace with the industry development trend.Under this era background,how will the Chinese Martial Arts Museum transform intelligently? In response to this question,this study conducted in-depth research through field research,in-depth interviews,and literature research.Firstly,the current status of the service construction of the Chinese Martial Arts Museum was grasped through field research and expert interviews,and the successful experience of the smart museum was summarized through field research of successful cases,and finally,the smart service construction strategy was proposed in combination with the reality of the Chinese Martial Arts Museum.Specifically,the following conclusions were drawn:First,the necessity of smart service construction of Chinese Martial Arts Museum is demonstrated from three aspects: national policy,era requirements,and user needs.Second,under the background of smart museum,smart service has three advantages: rich and diverse service content,which helps to realize resource integration and sharing;wide service audience coverage,which is beneficial to meet different level needs;and full-link collaboration in service process,which helps to create immersive exhibition experience.Third,under the background of smart museum,the service of Chinese Martial Arts Museum faces the dilemma of outdated traditional exhibition methods,insufficient experience effects,closed education data resources,insufficient excavation of collection resources,inefficient communication media,unable to meet public needs,lack of martial arts cultural and creative products,and brand value to be improved.Fourth,under the background of smart museum,the service dilemma of Chinese Martial Arts Museum is caused by insufficient grasp of museum development trend,weak professional talent team,and single source of funding.Fifth,the construction strategy of smart service of Chinese Martial Arts Museum is proposed from four aspects.Firstly,in terms of display and experience,construction can be carried out in three stages: digging deep into the story behind cultural relics,innovating knowledge interaction forms,and forming a complete experience ecology.Secondly,in terms of education and research,platform construction: building a cloud education platform for Wubo Museum;integration of museum and school: giving full play to the advantages of university education;self-examination: strengthening academic research on Wubo Museum collections.Thirdly,in terms of sharing and communication,it can be realized through deployment: realizing the new media communication matrix;user thinking: big data decision-making communication content;digital promotion: enhancing the promotion of Wubo activities.Fourthly,in terms of commemoration and memory,it can be achieved through expanding channels:realizing precise marketing of cultural creation;digital cultural creation: dual-track parallel creative empowerment;cross-border integration: multi-dimensional recombination of museum collection resources. |
