Research On The Current Situation And Development Of Sports Public Service System In Xuzhou Urban Area

Purpose: The "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Sports Development" issued by the National Sports Administration proposed for the first time to improve the basic public service system;The "13th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development" proposes to further promote the national strategy of national fitness and gradually improve the national fitness public service system;The "14th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development" regards "building a higher level of national fitness public service system and continuously improving the level of national fitness public service" as the central work of China’s sports development.From the development plan of the State Sports Administration in recent years,we can see the determination to improve China’s public service system,establish and improve the sports public service system,and continuously meet the growing needs of the people for physical fitness and exercise along with material and cultural life.This paper conducts a comprehensive investigation and research on the sports public service system in Xuzhou urban area,and all of them are deriving the current situation of the sports public service system in Xuzhou urban area,and putting forward practical development suggestions.Methods: This thesis adopts the methods of questionnaire,literature,interview,field survey,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to study the sports public service system in Xuzhou urban area from six aspects: sports infrastructure construction service,sports activity organization construction service,scientific fitness guidance and publicity service,sports information publicity and management service,residents’ physique monitoring and management service,and supervision and feedback channel construction service.Result:(1)The construction of sports public infrastructure in Xuzhou needs to be further optimized to meet the sports needs of residents.The security inspection and maintenance of sports public infrastructure need to be further implemented.(2)The types of sports organizations in Xuzhou urban area are relatively single,so it is necessary to further optimize the development plan of sports organizations.(3)Xuzhou urban residents lack the guidance of social sports instructors,and they hope to get professional sports guidance.(4)Some residents in Xuzhou urban area can not get the relevant sports information in time,which shows their dissatisfaction with the sports information publicity and service work,and the residents show the unity in the way of obtaining sports information.(5)The vast majority of urban residents in Xuzhou do not understand the national fitness testing standards,and they hope to carry out fitness testing and obtain their own sports programs.(6)The supervision and feedback channels in Xuzhou urban area are not smooth,and the channels for residents’ supervision and feedback information are not perfect.Conclusion: Xuzhou urban sports public service system is not perfect and is in the stage of rapid development.Xuzhou City has established a large number of sports infrastructure and actively undertaken various sports events,which has made great contributions to the development of sports in Xuzhou City.Do not ignore the safety and maintenance of sports infrastructure while building a large number of sports infrastructure.We should promote the development of sports organizations and encourage people to actively participate.We should reasonably arrange and implement the work of social sports instructors while doing a good job of training social sports instructors.We should improve the awareness rate of residents on sports policy information,and establish a perfect information feedback mechanism while doing a good job in sports related information publicity.
