Study On The Influencing Factors Of Entrepreneurial Income Of Returning College Students In Hainan

Since the party’s 19 put forward the country revitalization strategy,the social from all walks of life gave a strong reaction,after the party’s 20 also further pointed out that "adhere to the priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,solid promote rural industry,talent,culture,ecology,organization revitalization",the industry revitalization become the primary content of the rural revitalization promotion law in our country.Among the many response subjects,college students,as a new force of social development,can play an inestimable role in realizing the great cause of rural industry revitalization,so they should try their best to improve their willingness to return to their hometown.The research shows that the income of college students will profoundly affect their willingness,while the influencing factors of the income of returning college students are not deeply explored.This study is based on the rural revitalization and free trade port in Hainan construction strategy,combing relevant literature at home and abroad,according to the theory of social flow,income growth theory,entrepreneurial self-efficacy theory,in Hainan home entrepreneurial college students as the research object,through the Hainan home business association members online anonymous survey,effective questionnaire 379 questionnaires.After finishing the data were collated,the survey results of 16 variables in four dimensions of personal endowment,production technology of entrepreneurial project,operation and management of entrepreneurial project and external support factors were described and analyzed.Based on this,the multiple linear regression model was used to explore the influence of 16 indicators on entrepreneurial income,and further analyzed the influence of each index on different grades of entrepreneurial income by quantile regression model,to which the following conclusions are drawn:(1)from the multiple linear regression analysis results,agricultural volume and transportation particularity,agricultural electricity sales proportion of Hainan returning college students entrepreneurial income is not significant,other variables of entrepreneurial income presents a certain degree of positive influence,including agricultural knowledge background,agricultural entrepreneurial experience,agricultural technical level,technical guidance frequency,production planting automation,brand value of agricultural products,management team comprehensive ability,free trade port in Hainan business subsidies,modern agriculture infrastructure support nine indicators have more significant positive influence.(2)From the results of quantile regression analysis,educational degree,the difficulty of production and planting technology,the stability of wind resistance in production base,agricultural products promotion channels,local entrepreneurial support policies and support of rural finance are not the main factors affecting the entrepreneurial income of different grades,while the 9 indicators of multiple linear regression analysis still have more significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial income of different levels.(3)According to the empirical analysis results,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on making full use of the policy of free trade port,improving various entrepreneurial levels of returning college students from multiple angles,improving the comprehensive ability of talent construction and management team,creating a good environment for returning college students to start their own businesses,and building brand value in an all-round way.
