In the context of the implementation of the "rural revitalisation" strategy,the rapid development of rural enterprises has gradually found a new way out for the employment of returning university students,and many of them have chosen to return to their original household or non-original rural areas to seek employment opportunities.There are many factors that affect the innovation ability of returning university students,among which interactive orientation is an important factor.To this end,this paper will focus on exploring the impact of the degree of interaction orientation on the innovation performance of returning university students.This paper attempts to introduce resource acquisition as a mediating variable for analysis,constructs a relationship model with interaction orientation,resource acquisition and innovation performance as research variables,and proposes a research hypothesis on the influence path of each variable.The reason for defining interaction orientation as the independent variable in the study is that interaction orientation itself is a strategic orientation,and academic studies have already affirmed the positive role of the concept of interaction orientation in enhancing innovation performance and promoting value co-creation,but the impact of interaction orientation on the innovation performance of returning university students has not yet been empirically studied.At the same time,after theoretical analysis,it is tentatively judged that resource acquisition produces a mediating effect in this,so resource acquisition is introduced as a mediating variable for path analysis.The measurement method was used to analyse established scales in the relevant fields,and the scale option with the highest fit was selected as a reference.This was used as the basis for designing the scales for each variable and performing a small sample pretest to test the reliability and validity of the scales.After passing the test,a formal distribution survey was conducted.The results of the validation factor analysis proved that the data reliability and validity of the survey were good for the study.The SEM structural equation model was validated using Amos 24.0 and was completed with a good degree of fit.The results of the path analysis confirmed that access to resources resulting from customer interactions in the work of returning university students influenced the innovation performance of returning university students,confirming the research hypothesis that interaction orientation has a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of returning university students.Based on the overall model fit,the mediation path is verified to be valid,indicating that the positive effect of interaction orientation on the innovation performance of returning university students is influenced by resource acquisition and is significant.This paper provides empirical evidence that interaction orientation is effective in promoting the innovation performance of returning university students,explores the interaction and impact mechanisms between the two,and examines the mediating effect of resource acquisition.The paper emphasises the importance of promoting the importance of interaction orientation among returning university students and the importance of resource acquisition in the process of interaction orientation.Based on this,a sound external environment constituting an interaction promotion network should be built to provide a solid,practical theory for the innovation of returning university students,a key subject in the construction of rural enterprise innovation.
