| In the current social background,the adolescent mental health problem is a major public problem,and the urgent need to solve,depression as a serious mental illness is particularly prominent.The psychological problems of high school students in adolescence are often regarded as rebellious behavior,in this case,they are likely to suffer from depression,this condition will make them show anxiety,loneliness,fear and other symptoms,thus bringing great problems to their study and life.Based on the theoretical basis of family system theory,rational emotive therapy and advantage perspective,this topic takes the senior high school students of a city key middle school as the object,using questionnaire survey,interview,casework and other methods,to carry out in-depth exploration,and extract effective treatment suggestions,in order to improve the mental health of students.The author conducted a survey on the psychological condition of senior high school students in a key middle school in a city.We adopted the Symptom Self-Rating Scale(SCL-90)as a measuring tool.After in-depth analysis of 10 factors,the author finally came to the conclusion that depression is the most serious psychological problem faced by current students.In order to better understand their depression status,high school students were surveyed about depression.According to the investigation and analysis,the depression problem of senior three female students is worthy of attention.After investigation and research,we choose Z,a senior three student from a key middle school in a city,as the research object.After understanding the source and basic situation of the case,we made an analysis of the characteristics of the case and estimated her needs.Finally,we determined the service objectives and implementation plan,and provided intervention through case work.After evaluating the performance of the clients,we believed that this social work intervention was effective.Based on the results of this case study,social work professional services can effectively improve the symptoms of depression in service subjects,which provides a valuable practical basis for social work intervention in high school students’ depression.Finally,this paper reviews the treatment methods and service modes of patients with mild depression from two aspects of social workers and social work professionals,and puts forward a series of effective suggestions. |
