In order to fully prepare for the 17 th Fujian Games and the Asian Games trials in 2022,improve the physical fitness and competitive ability of Xiamen windsurfers in an all-round way,and effectively solve the problems in the preparation cycle.In this thesis,the design and implementation effect of the land physical training scheme for Xiamen windsurfing team athletes is taken as the research object,and 15 windsurfers who participated in the provincial games and Asian Games trials are selected as the test objects.By using the research methods of literature,expert interviews,testing,observation and mathematical statistics,the physical function and sports quality of athletes are pre-tested.In view of the problems in the test,the land physical training scheme is formulated,the training methods and means are scientifically implemented,and the exercise load is reasonably arranged.By comparing the changes of athletes’ physical function and physical fitness before and after regular long-term training,this thesis demonstrates the effectiveness of the physical fitness training program and draws the following conclusions:(1)In FMS test,athletes have insufficient flexibility of hip,shoulder and ankle joints,limited ankle mobility,and asymmetry on the left and right sides of their bodies,which increases the risk of injury during training.In the sports quality test,athletes’ upper limb strength and lower limb strength are insufficient,some athletes’ aerobic endurance level is poor,and their sensitivity and flexibility need to be improved.(2)After 11 weeks of physical training on land,the athletes’ FMS test scores have been greatly improved,the flexibility of hip joint,shoulder joint and ankle joint has been improved,the trunk stability has been improved most obviously,the body asymmetry has also been improved,and the risk of sports injury has been reduced.Through training,athletes’ upper and lower limb strength,explosive power,core strength,aerobic endurance level,sensitivity and flexibility have been significantly improved.(3)The land physical training program mainly includes physical function correction training,rehabilitation physical training and basic physical quality training.Training is mainly divided into three stages.In the basic training stage,rehabilitation training and the development of athletes’ basic sports quality are the main tasks.The pre-competition training period focuses on the all-round development of athletes’ physical fitness,and adopts the practice means related to the special technical action mode;The pre-competition adjustment period mainly focuses on functional exercises,appropriately reducing the training load and intensity,and scientifically arranging the resumption of relaxation training.(4)During the whole training period,the athletes’ physical training load changes from moderate intensity to high intensity and then to low intensity,and the training tasks in each stage are clear,and the personalized physical training program has obvious effects.In the provincial games,Xiamen windsurfing team ranked first in the province in terms of gold medals and medals.At the same time,many people were selected into the national training team of the Asian Games,and the athletes achieved excellent results.The overall land physical training scheme was reasonable and feasible.
