| Physical education is an significant carrier for students to enhance their physical fitness,and has an incomparable effect on students’ formation of lifelong exercise awareness.Sports health care course is an organic part of physical education classes,and Its establishment is conducive to guaranteeing the right to physical education for special students,helping them to improve their physical condition and health.After the reform and opening up,the speed and breadth of China’s special physical education legislation are unprecedented,which fully reflects the great importance that the country attaches to special physical education.School sports without special students participating in school sports are not comprehensive and incomplete,and the study of school special sports can not only allow more experts and scholars to pay attention to the development of physical health courses,but also better safeguard the sports rights and interests of special students in colleges and universities.Research methods such as literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,field visit method and mathematical statistics method were used to study the teaching of sports health care course in ordinary colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,This paper will understand the teaching status of sports health care course in ordinary colleges and universities in Shanxi Province from different levels,analyze the constraints of its development,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming to provide a certain theoretical reference for the development of sports health care course teaching in colleges and universities.The conclusion of this thesis is as follows:(1)The opening rate of sports and health courses in universities in Shanxi Province needs to be improved.The rate of sports health care course is not high,only 31% of colleges and universities have sports health care course;Moreover,at present,these colleges and universities do not have special textbooks for sports health care course,and their syllabuses are not specific and detailed.Schools that do not offer physical health classes have more concerns about the safety of special students due to the lack of full-time teachers;the diversity of physical conditions of special students;The lack of attention paid by school leaders and the lack of targeted special teaching materials did not provide separate physical health courses for special students,and most of the assessment of special students was exempted from the examination and enrolled in the class and gave a passing grade.(2)From the physiological level,the students participating in the sports health care course can be divided into four categories: congenital disease,postoperative recovery,injury and disability.Among them,congenital diseases account for the highest proportion,and most of the causes are unavoidable congenital diseases;Postoperative recovery type accounted for the second largest proportion,most of whom were students who were recovering after surgery;Most of the injured students are caused by acquired improper exercise;Students with disabilities are born with disabilities in a certain part of the body due to congenital or acquired causes.Psychologically,some students are reluctant to participate in the study of physical health classes,and have certain resistance to sports health care course,and some disabled students will show more unconfident.Special students have a clear purpose for participating in sports health care course.Most students are generally satisfied with the physical health class and will also participate in their favorite sports after class.(3)Teachers of sports health care course in ordinary colleges and universities in Shanxi Province have clear teaching objectives.The teachers of sports health care course are as follows: teachers are weak,most of the teachers of sports health care course are graduate students,the professional titles are mainly associate professors and professors,most of the teachers are senior teachers,rich teaching experience,and will use their own methods to improve their comprehensive ability.The number of young teachers is small,and there is only one teacher in some institutions to teach sports health care course,and there is a serious shortage of full-time teachers.(4)The sports health care course currently being carried out in Shanxi Province still need to be improved in terms of teaching.The difficulty and load of teaching content can meet the needs of most students;The teaching evaluation of some schools is more reasonable,the teaching facilities can basically meet the needs of sports health care course teaching,the teaching atmosphere is good,and some colleges and universities have insufficient venue facilities;The arrangement of theoretical and practical courses in individual institutions is unreasonable. |
