life are also calling for innovation.Innovation has become a new requirement of social progress and the development of the times for people’s quality development.The comprehensive quality evaluation comes into being under the background of quality education.By grasping the "bull’s nose" of evaluation,we can guide the development of quality education.Innovation competence is an important part of the comprehensive quality.The research on the evaluation of students’ innovation competence under the background of comprehensive quality evaluation is not only a policy requirement,but also a need of theoretical and practical research.It enriches the related research of comprehensive quality evaluation and innovation competence evaluation,and provides guidance and suggestions for the evaluation of schools’ innovation competence.The research focuses on senior high school students,because the cultivation of innovative talents does not happen overnight,and the cultivation of innovative competence should be permeated in the basic education stage.Especially for senior high school students,their physiological development is basically mature,their psychological development is active,they have mastered certain knowledge and skills,and their distance from the society is further narrowed.This stage is a critical period for the cultivation of innovative competence,which can lay a foundation for the cultivation of innovative talents.Under the background of comprehensive quality evaluation,the evaluation of ordinary senior high school students’ innovation competence emphasize observing,describing,recording and analyzing the innovation competence of senior high school students in their daily study and activities in a comprehensive,dynamic and complete way.It is an activity that focuses on students’ self-evaluation,supplemented by peer and teachers’ evaluation,focuses on qualitative evaluation,and comprehensively utilizes various evaluation methods such as quantification,so as to tap the innovation potential of senior high school students and promote the development of their innovation competence.In order to deeply grasp the theoretical problems of innovation competence evaluation of ordinary senior high school students under the background of comprehensive quality evaluation,this study explains the theoretical basis,internal demands and evaluation system of the evaluation of senior high school students’ innovation competence under the background of comprehensive quality evaluation.The theories include developmental education evaluation idea,creativity structure theory and creativity hierarchy theory;The inherent appeal includes the purpose of improving students’ innovative competence,the realization of value creation reconstruction as the content focus,highlighting typical daily behaviors as the carrier embodiment,emphasizing students’ reflection and self-discipline as the main direction,and taking qualitative evaluation as the main and quantitative evaluation as a supplement as a breakthrough in the method;The evaluation system is constructed from three aspects: evaluation content,evaluation carrier and evaluation method.In the content of evaluation,through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the index system(4 first-level indexes and 16second-level indexes)for the evaluation of innovation competence of ordinary senior high school students is determined.Evaluation carriers mainly include the inquiry learning,scientific experiments,information technology elective courses and other innovative practice activities;Evaluation methods include portfolio evaluation and test method.This part is the core of the research and an important innovation of the research.At the same time of theoretical analysis,through the use of questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper examines the innovation competence evaluation work of senior high schools that implement comprehensive quality evaluation,and finds that there are some problems,such as biased cognition of innovation competence evaluation connotation,one-sided evaluation content,single evaluation carrier,attaching importance to teachers’ evaluation but neglecting students’ evaluation,pay attention to quantitative evaluation and despise qualitative evaluation.And analyze the reasons from the cultural environment,evaluation system,teachers’ evaluation competence,students’ evaluation consciousness and ability.In view of the above problems,in order to ensure the effective development of senior high school students’ innovation competence evaluation under the background of comprehensive quality evaluation,the research puts forward some strategic suggestions from four aspects,such as cultural construction: establishing the concept of developmental evaluation;Top-level design: establishing a perfect school-based innovation competence evaluation system;Strengthen training: improving teachers’ evaluation competence;Student-oriented: strengthening self-evaluation of students’ innovation competence. |
