Research On The Professional Service Efficiency Of Township Social Work Stations

Rural vitalization is a major development strategy put forward by the Party,and effective governance is one of the general requirements of the rural vitalization strategy.In the new era of realizing a well-off society in an all-round way,the government needs to strengthen the civil affairs capacity building at the grass-roots level,and sink the social governance capacity and social services to the grass-roots level,so that the township social workstations have come into being.At present,the operation mode of township social work stations in China mainly focuses on the direct employment mode of Guangdong Province and the outsourcing mode of Hunan Province,while the operation mode of township social work stations in H City learns from the mode of Hunan Province.In fact,the foothold of these two different social work station operation models is to meet the needs of the people.By the end of January 2022,all 39 townships(streets)in H City have completed the construction of social work stations,realizing the full coverage of township social work stations,laying a foundation for the high-quality development of civil affairs in the city.However,the professional service efficiency of these township social work stations is worth investigation and study.From the perspective of efficiency theory,this paper takes the social work station of H city as the case,through the interview method and participatory observation method,through the research and analysis of the social work service station of H city,and the professional service efficiency in H City,which is manifested in three aspects:1,the management efficiency failure of social work institutions;2,the failure of the service ability of social workers;3.the integration of civil affairs and social work.In view of this series of problems found,the author gives the strategy to improve the efficiency of the professional service of the township government of the administrative performance of the social work station;second,construct the cultivation mechanism of social work of the undertaking organization;third,build a healthy development environment of social work service.Township social work station professional service efficiency is designed to make social work service more meaningful,really play the value of social work professional services,so that the owner get substantial change,service people have a real feeling,social work professional advantage to effectively play,in promoting the development of the localization of social work,for social work to participate in rural revitalization strategy play a unique role.
