Since the reform of Jiangxi Provincial Physical Education College Entrance Examination in 2021,standing shot put has been included as a compulsory item of Jiangxi Provincial physical Education College Entrance Examination.However,most grassroots coaches have not mastered effective training methods of standing shot put,so it becomes an item that students tend to lose points.The examinees should not only improve their sports performance,but also take into account their cultural learning.Under the double pressure of both,how to improve their sports performance scientifically and effectively becomes very important.Therefore,in order to improve the performance of standing shot put,this study combined the personal physical conditions and actual training conditions of high school students,and attempted to combine functional training with traditional strength training to conduct training intervention for high school students,so as to improve the performance of standing shot put and reduce the occurrence of sports injuries.In this study,literature review,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods were used to select 29 high school physical education students in Yuying School of Jiujiang as experimental objects,and the experimental objects were respectively included in the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group underwent functional training and traditional strength training,while the control group underwent traditional strength training,and a total of 10 weeks of training intervention was carried out.Comparative analysis was made on the data before and after the experiment to explore the influence of functional training on the performance of standing shot put.spss23.0software was used to process the data before and after the experiment,including the score of FMS test,the special physical fitness index of the shot put and the performance of the standing shot put.The results are as follows:(1)Before the experiment,the total FMS score of the subjects was 15,indicating a certain risk of sports injury.In terms of each single test index,their core muscle group is not stable enough,and their body strength is also deficient.Some students have poor joint stability and flexibility.(2)Compared with before the experiment,FMS test indexes of both the experimental group and the control group improved,but FMS test scores of the experimental group increased more significantly,indicating that it can effectively prevent the occurrence of sports injuries.(3)After the experiment,both the students in the two groups improved in the30-meter run and the standing long jump,but the improvement in the 30-meter run was small.The improvement effect of the standing long jump experimental group was more significant than that of the control group,indicating that the training mode of the experimental group could effectively enhance the explosive power of lower limbs and the strength of waist and abdomen.(4)After the experiment,the performance of the experimental group in the front throw and back throw shot put had a significant improvement effect,and the index value of the experimental group and the control group in the front throw and back throw shot after the experiment was <0.05,indicating a significant difference.(5)After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group had a significant difference of P <0.05,and the experimental group had a better effect on the performance of the standing shot put than the control group.The combination of functional training and traditional strength training is beneficial to the improvement of the performance of put put in place. |
