Football,as a highly competitive and enjoyable sport,is more and more popular among people all over the world.A large number of amateur football teams have emerged from various regions,and football leagues of various sizes have gradually formed,laying a good foundation for the development of amateur football.Amateur football started late,and there are some deficiencies in policy support,management system and organization,The development of amateur football league affects the overall level of football.In order to make Xinyang amateur football more scientific and standardized,it is necessary to study the team organization mode and competition organization form of Xinyang amateur football,and solve the problems encountered in the development.In this paper,logical analysis,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,field research,expert interview method,Xinyang City amateur football competition status,Xinyang city amateur football team formation form and characteristics,Xinyang city amateur football competition form and characteristics of in-depth and detailed research.The results show that:1.Amateur football started late in Xinyang City.Xinyang Football Association was established,and the matches organized tended to be normalized.Participants came from all walks of life,and many participants income was above the medium level.From the point of view of the educational background of the participants,most of them are highly educated;In terms of age,the participants are mainly young and middle-aged;From the perspective of the motivation of the participants,the main purpose is to build up the body,meet the interest and enhance the physical strength.The level of these players is not uniform,most of them have not received formal training,amateur football competition has a certain impact on the degree of watching and attention.2.From the perspective of team formation,teams are mostly established by interpersonal relationships and simple regulations are formulated.However,due to the different nature of team formation and personnel,management is more difficult.Amateur training is not systematic,the level of coaches is limited,some teams lack professional guidance and funds are mainly raised by members.The overall level of referees is not high,the enforcement ability of referees is limited,and the training opportunities of referees are few.3.The amateur football competition system of Xinyang City is single,the number and form of the event organization and the requirements of the formal competition still have a certain gap,the development of the competition is limited.The guidelines,policies,event publicity and capital investment formulated by the competition organization and relevant government departments for amateur competitions need to be strengthened.4.The accident insurance mechanism of amateur football competition in Xinyang City is not perfect enough,and the security measures of the competition are not perfect enough.Due to the low threshold of the competition,there are often unsportsmanlike behaviors in the competition,and the competition authorities lack some hard measures and means.5.In Xinyang City,a series of problems such as few football fields open to the outside world,uneven distribution of fields,low opening degree of venues and high leasing cost restrict the development of amateur football in Xinyang City.6.Based on the current situation of amateur football competition in Xinyang City,combined with the relevant practices and advanced experience of amateur football competition at home and abroad,the following optimization countermeasures are proposed:(1)Establish a perfect amateur competition system;(2)Optimize the organization and management of the event;(3)Strengthen the organization and management of specific matches;(4)Strengthening safeguards;(5)Attach importance to the management and construction of amateur football teams.
