| Background: Soft tennis was born in Japan in the 19 th century,which has a history of more than 100 years.Soft tennis was introduced into our country from 1986 and mainly carried on in sports colleges and universities.Although the introduction time is short,Chinese soft tennis players have emerged in many international competitions and won MEDALS.In international competitions,women’s singles has already won the gold medal.In men’s singles,the best result is the second place.In most important matches,Japan and South Korea lost to Asian players.In recent years,our country has been attaching great importance to the cultivation of men’s singles players,but can not advance to the champion.Therefore,it is worth studying to improve the competitive ability of men’s singles players,find the breakthrough of men’s singles level and get rid of the bottleneck as soon as possible.As the No.1 player of men’s singles in Soft Net,Juda Niu is the player with the best chance to win the championship in China at present.This study intends to start with Juda Niu,the No.1 player of men’s singles in Soft Net national team,and study his technical and tactical characteristics in international competitions,so as to provide certain reference significance and theoretical support for the breakthrough of men’s singles in soft Net.Methods: In the early stage,I studied relevant national policy documents and textbooks and monographs such as sports training science and sports training science,fully mastered the correct,systematic and scientific theoretical basis,consulted domestic and foreign literature databases,searched,studied and analyzed soft tennis related literature,and sorted out the content related to this topic.With the video observation method as the main research method and Juda Niu player as the research case,the performance of Juda Niu player in seven competitions during 2018-2019,a total of 20 matches as the research object,the technical and tactical indicators of Juda Niu player in the stage of serving,receiving and holding were collected,the data were statistically analyzed,and the advantages,weaknesses and technical and tactical characteristics of Juda Niu player were summarized.Conclusions & suggestions:(1)Juda Niu’s service is not her technical strength.Compared with her international opponents,she has no advantage in service.The first service is not aggressive,the second service quality is not good,and the outer corner area,as the area with the most service points,fails to provide a high score rate for the service,so it is difficult to seize the initiative in the service game.The service quality of Juda Niu in winning matches is much higher than that in losing matches.The score rate and the straight score rate of the service are the key factors affecting the outcome of the match.Therefore,improving the service quality is an effective way to improve the win rate.(2)The service receiving of Juda Niu is of higher quality than that of service.The high quality service receiving game enables Juda Niu to better implement skills and tactics in service receiving game.The quality of the first region is slightly higher than that of the second region,and the tactical coordination is more fluent.In the first and second area,the outside corner of the connecting route is more effective,while the inside corner of the connecting route error rate is higher.The score rate and straight score rate of Juda Niu’s return are important factors affecting the outcome of the match.Attention should be paid to improving the quality of the second section of the return,especially the quality of the backhand return.(3)Juda Niu’s technique and tactics tend to be aggressive.In the stalemate stage,Juda Niu is better at the short number of 5-10 beats,and it is easy to fall into passivity when more than 10 beats are locked.Juda Niu has diversified cooperation and use of techniques and tactics.Forehand,backhand stroke and slice are mostly used in non-offensive confrontation with multiple strokes,in which they look for opportunities and the opponent’s holes to organize attacks.The attack racket often uses net to connect high pressure,volley and volley shots.The offensive style of play creates greater pressure on the opponent,but it is also accompanied by a high error rate.If Juda Niu wants to improve the scoring rate of the offensive beat,it can start from the drop point and rhythm change when organizing the attack.Juda Niu’s backhand position is its technical and tactical weakness,which has a negative impact on its service,service reception and technical and tactical implementation.It is easy to be attacked by opponents in the match.Improving the quality of the backhand is the key to improve the overall fighting force of Juda Niu.(4)Overall,Juda Niu’s technical and tactical style prefers fast attack,which is easy to score and easy to make mistakes,and tests the mental ability of players.In addition,although the game rhythm of Juda Niu is fast,but good physical reserve can also enable it to maintain the quality of the fight in the number of beats to find an attack breakthrough.Therefore,physical training and psychological training should be throughout the Juda Niu training program. |
