At present,junior high school students’ understanding and views on mathematics are still one-sided and shallow,which leads to junior high school students’ fear and fear of mathematics learning.Integrating the history of mathematics into junior high school mathematics teaching is an effective way to change some junior high school students who are biased against mathematics,and it is also an important way to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue proposed in the Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition).Based on this research background,this paper launched the strategy research of integrating the history of mathematics into junior high school mathematics teaching.This paper puts forward three research questions: what positive influence does the integration of mathematics history into junior high school mathematics teaching have on students? What are the factors that affect the integration of mathematics history into junior high school mathematics teaching? What are the strategies for integrating the history of mathematics into junior high school mathematics teaching?In order to solve these three problems,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,and sorts out and analyzes the conference papers,periodicals,monographs and master’s papers related to this topic through the Internet and libraries.Literature review can be divided into three categories: the current situation of integrating mathematical history into junior high school mathematics teaching,the case study of integrating mathematical history into junior high school mathematics teaching and the strategy study of integrating mathematical history into junior high school mathematics teaching.This paper expounds in detail the research background,research problems,research significance,research methods,paper structure,literature review,the positive influence of the integration of mathematics history into junior high school mathematics teaching,the factors affecting the integration of mathematics history into junior high school mathematics teaching,the strategies,conclusions and suggestions of the integration of mathematics history into junior high school mathematics.This paper draws the following conclusions through research: the integration of mathematics history into junior high school mathematics teaching stimulates students’ interest in learning,cultivates students’ innovative spirit,cultivates students’ scientific thinking mode and optimizes students’ ideological and moral quality.The factors that affect the integration of mathematics history into junior high school mathematics teaching include the proportion of mathematics history in textbooks,teachers’ mastery of mathematics history knowledge,the proportion of mathematics history in academic level test,and the case design of integrating mathematics history into junior high school mathematics teaching.This paper puts forward five concrete and feasible strategies for junior high school mathematics front-line educators: strengthening the integration of mathematics history into junior high school mathematics textbooks,increasing the training of teachers’ knowledge of mathematics history,increasing the proportion of mathematics history in junior high school academic level test,integrating mathematics history into junior high school mathematics teaching in various ways,and formulating the design process of integrating mathematics history into junior high school mathematics teaching.
