The Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)specially sets up a learning task group of "reading the whole book",clearly puts forward what content each learning section should read and gives detailed teaching tips.At the same time,the Government Report of 2022 has put forward the requirement of "reading by all" for the ninth time,which shows the importance of reading the whole book.The whole book reading teaching is conducive to breaking the traditional intensive reading and fragmented reading teaching,which can help students develop good reading habits and improve reading ability,so as to promote the development of students’ core literacy of Chinese subject.However,there are still many problems in the teaching practice of the whole book reading in primary Chinese:such as the lack of the whole book reading teaching theory,the lack of systematic teaching design,the teaching effect is not good.Therefore,this study tries to construct the whole book reading teaching theory of primary school Chinese based on ADDIE model and carry out practical application,and the effect of practical application is evaluated.And then puts forward the countermeasures.This study is divided into six parts,specifically as follows:The first part is introduction.First of all,by sorting out ADDIE model and the whole book reading,we can understand its research status at home and abroad.Then establish the starting point,purpose and significance of the research,as well as specific research methods and ideas are clarified,laying the foundation for subsequent research.In the second part,The theory of applying ADDIE model to the whole book reading teaching in primary school is expounded,including the theoretical basis,the characteristics and value of the whole book reading teaching of Chinese in primary school,the theoretical connotation of ADDIE model and the five stages and the advantages of the model and so on.Then discusses the applicability of ADDIE model in it.Therefore,the theory is established.In the third part,The design principle and process are expounded.The design principles are systematic design,student-centered and interactive.There are five stages in the design process: the analysis stage should fully grasp the learning situation and the whole book bibliography;The design stage should be closely around the teaching objectives;The development stage should integrate teaching resources;In the implementation phase,special attention should be paid to students’ classroom performance;The final assessment phase should ensures diversity of subjects and approaches.In the fourth part,Through the questionnaire and interview method to investigate the current situation of primary school Chinese whole book reading teaching,and then find out the existing problems,on this basis to analyze the reasons,and finally try to introduce the ADDIE model.The fifth part,based on ADDIE model to carry out the primary school Chinese whole book reading teaching practice application.First of all,it analyzes the teaching bibliography of the whole book of Chinese reading in primary school which is applicable to ADDIE model.Then,ADDIE is introduced into the reading teaching of the whole book of fairy tales "Scarecrow",and a class of third-grade students in Chongqing Z School are selected for practical application.Then,the application effect is evaluated by observing and recording students’ performance in class,interviewing students and teachers after class,etc.And then try to solve the problem and summarize.It is hoped that can provide reference for the following paper.The sixth part puts forward the application countermeasure of the whole book reading teaching of primary Chinese based on ADDIE model: to strengthen the understanding and promote the application of ADDIE model;Systematic teaching design,carrying out the holistic consciousness;Clear the tasks of each stage,give students sufficient Chinese practice;Students as the center,cherish students personalized reading experience.
