There is no doubt that there are some differences between experienced teachers and novice teachers in teaching.The purpose of this paper is to explore the gap in their knowledge of teaching strategies.The author uses the methods of literature research,content analysis,interview and classroom observation.Taking Friction in senior high school physics as an example,the author analyzes the teaching video of "One Excellent Course for One Teacher" on the basis of the teaching strategy knowledge framework of scholars Li Xuning,Peng Wei and Liu Hongye,and obtains the teaching strategy library of excellent teachers on friction.Secondly,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the "Friction" class of four novice teachers and two experienced teachers in a key middle school in Chongqing.Combined with interviews,it obtains the differences in teaching strategy knowledge between novice teachers and experienced teachers,and gives suggestions to novice teachers.This paper draws the following conclusions:First,on the whole,the gap between novice teachers and experienced teachers in the overall use of teaching strategies is not particularly large because of the collective lesson preparation,class attendance system and "mentoring" system implemented by the school,and experienced teachers will use more kinds of teaching strategies.Secondly,novice teachers often copy the teaching strategies and teaching contents of experienced teachers,but they don’t fully think about why they use this teaching strategy or why they don’t use it.Thirdly,there are some differences between experienced teachers and novice teachers in the enthusiasm of students to participate in group experiments.Fourthly,the pertinence and flexibility of teaching strategy selection are different.The difference between the two types of teachers in the choice of teaching strategies is mainly reflected in the flexibility and pertinence in the choice of teaching strategies.Compared with novice teachers,experienced teachers are obviously better in the flexibility and pertinence in the choice of teaching strategies,and the experience teachers are more natural and fluent in the connection of teaching strategies.
