"Narration" has been widely used in the writing of mathematics textbooks and is one of the main contents of each chapter in high school mathematics textbooks. This article mainly uses literature research, content analysis, and case study methods to systematically analyze and study the "narration" set up in the "People’s Education A Edition" textbook. The research mainly focuses on the presentation method, quantity relationship, type function, and other aspects of narration. The research results are as follows:(1)The presentation method and selection type of narratives constantly change with the changes in textbook layout, and their coverage areas are also constantly expanding. They are reflected in basic concepts, property theorems, example questions, practice questions, and reading and thinking, and different narratives have different indicative tones. The declarative tone emphasizes the giving of knowledge, while the interrogative tone mainly throws questions at students and expects answers,The purpose is to expand knowledge, explore information, and stimulate students’ thinking.(2)According to the different knowledge content in textbooks, the number of narratives also has different emphasis.According to the specific content of the narration,it can be divided into six categories: questioning and inspiration, explanation and supplement, proper noun, thinking methods, mathematical historical materials, and information technology. The "People’s Education A Edition" textbook mainly focuses on questions and inspirations, supplemented by explanations and supplements, and uses narration to inspire students to think and conduct in-depth exploration.(3)Teachers can construct problem chains through voiceovers to cultivate students’ rigorous logical thinking abilities;Using narration to engage in a dialogue with textbooks to stimulate students’ interest in learning and their ability to learn independently;Through the use of information technology, the popularization and introduction of history of mathematics and mathematical stories in combination with activity courses can not only promote the development of students’ independent innovation ability, but also broaden students’ vision to make students feel the charm of mathematics and improve their core mathematical literacy;Teachers should make reasonable use of narratives, identify their positioning, and fully utilize their effectiveness. Finally, taking the narration in the "trigonometric functions" section of various versions of textbooks as an example,a case study was conducted on the arrangement of the narration. It was found that the design of the narration in the "People’s Education A Edition" textbook can reflect the concept of "problem guided learning".But in addition to maintaining its unique characteristics and advantages,it is also possible to further enrich the presentation methods of narration, and appropriately reflect the introduction of information technology, infiltration of traditional mathematical culture, and integration of interdisciplinary content in the narration. |
