Research On The Evaluation Of Training Effectiveness Of Sports Expansion Training Institutions In Wuhan City

Sports expansion training institutions are an important part of the sports industry.Their high-quality development is not only the guidance of national policies,but also the key factor of their own core competitiveness in the market.The evaluation of the training effect of Wuhan sports development training institutions is the key link for the institutions to carry out activities,which is helpful for the sports development training institutions to find problems and remove obstacles and pursue high-quality development.First of all,it uses the methods of literature,logical analysis,questionnaire and field investigation to analyze the training effect evaluation of sports expansion training at home and abroad,and summarizes the current situation of training effect evaluation of sports expansion training in Wuhan and related problems.The indicators of the evaluation scale of sports expansion training in Wuhan are experimental preselection;Secondly,Delphi method is used to screen the experimental indicators in the early stage,and the final scale indicators are obtained;Finally,three Wuhan sports development training institutions were selected for empirical analysis,and the trainees of each institution randomly selected three times in total of nine times were distributed with the scale questionnaire,and the statistical scoring data were used to verify the feasibility and reliability of the scale by using Spss and Amos,and then the training effect evaluation study of the three institutions was analyzed.The results are as follows:(1)At present,more than 90% of Wuhan sports development training institutions think it is necessary to evaluate,and more than 80% of them have implemented the evaluation;It is mainly carried out with trainers and coaches as the main body of implementation,using the method of combining quantitative and qualitative methods of offline field survey,at the link of combining the early,middle and late stages of training and at the time of evaluation immediately after the activity;The evaluation content mainly focuses on the two evaluation dimensions of reaction and result,which are respectively to evaluate the use of trainers,coaches and training experience;The main evaluation capital investment of the organization is mainly between 0-0.5W.Although the evaluation results are based on the application evaluation of customer needs and the business growth,there are evaluation difficulties such as basically no feedback to customers and no evaluation intention.(2)At present,due to insufficient understanding of evaluation,less investment in evaluation,insufficient evaluation benefits,lack of evaluation talents and lack of evaluation system,Wuhan sports development training institutions have problems in the evaluation of training effects,such as lack of evaluation process,confusion of evaluation links,single evaluation form,slightly low evaluation level,rough evaluation content and insufficient evaluation feedback.(3)Through two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires,the index coefficients of the scale met the requirements of Delphi method,and then combined with the four-level evaluation model of Koch,four first-level indicators including "response satisfaction,learning effectiveness,behavior change,and result effectiveness" were finally constructed;The training effect evaluation scale of Wuhan sports development training institutions with 9second-level indicators such as "training project" and 32 third-level indicators such as "project challenge and inspiration".(4)The evaluation results of training effects of three types of Wuhan sports development training institutions are obtained from the empirical analysis of the scale.From the overall results,it can be seen that Wuhan A Sports Development Co.,Ltd.ranks first,Wuhan B Outdoor Development Co.,Ltd.ranks second,and Wuhan C Enterprise Management Consulting Co.,Ltd.ranks third;The training effect of the three sports development training institutions is relatively ideal,but there is still a certain gap between the current market training reality.(5)In view of the current situation of the evaluation of the effect of the sports expansion organizations in Wuhan,this paper puts forward the guiding principles and design ideas for establishing the evaluation of sports expansion;Reconstruct the process of training effect evaluation and improve multiple evaluation;Improve the awareness and relevant input of training effect evaluation;Pay attention to the feedback results and application degree of training effect evaluation;Give full play to the industry and market normative value of training effect evaluation.
